Sally, any chance of taking soup in a flask to work on SP days? No matter though, it's not meant to be done every day so perhaps just on days you don't work.

    Another day another funeral.
Someone my age~~just such a waste.

Not managing to stay on plan really at the moment.
There just seems to always be something going on.
Just feel like I want to get off the roundabout.
    I will keep plodding.

Gained 5.5lbs this week please Shala :o

I kind of knew what I was doing but thought I would get away with putting less on than that. I'm a bit of a rollercoaster ride aren't I? Worried about next week as well, because I'm still on holiday. Must do better.

You must be kidding me, where is the big LOL?
You have had so much success on the 9 week challenge

I meant the stuff I need to syn, I don't eat stuff like mugshots, funny flavoured rice, etc. Things that have an element of free food that would skew the syn. If I have syns, I have syns like chocolate. The 1 syn per 20 kcals works fine as long as you don't have things that have a mix of free food and synned stuff.

Oh love don't spoil your holiday by worrying just enjoy it and get back to plan when you come back, the weight will come off eventually. Remember its a plan for life not a diet.
