Sally, any chance of taking soup in a flask to work on SP days? No matter though, it's not meant to be done every day so perhaps just on days you don't work.

Thanks Maman, that's a cracking idea it hadn't even occurred to me. I don't have a flask as such but I have a couple of thermal travel mugs. Not sure if that would work or not so I might check out flasks online.

In my old job I used the microwave loads for porridge, soups and leftover lunches, it made life much easier!

    Hi all :)

It's been a funny day, I didn't get much sleep last night as something I ate yesterday upset my stomach. Haven't felt much like eating today so I've been picking at bits and haven't really had very much.

We were in town this afternoon so made a detour to Asda for some bits and noticed they have mugshots on special offer for 50p. They were sold out of the tomato and herb pasta but got a couple of sweet n sour noodles to try - never had mugshots before and thought they might be good for a standby at work. If I like them I'll buy them in bulk from cash n carry and put them on sale in the shop.

Beg - the t-shirt was sold out online by the time I got round to checking out so I got one in store in a size 18 :D

Beanie - sorry to hear your sad news, it's particularly hard when it's someone your age.

JPScloud - was that a weigh in at class? If not, it might be worth checking your scales in case they need a new battery. If it is a genuine gain, try not to be too hard on yourself, you know you can get good results if you stick to the plan so that gain will be gone again in no time.

Yesterday was either an Sp day or a red day, (not sure which!) and tomorrow is going to be a green day. That's so we can have 2 Hebs for a change. Tomorrow breakfast will be porridge, scrambled egg and tomato on toast for lunch and sausage ragout made with LM sausages. It's good to be back in the uk and have access to brands we can't get in Spain!

    Back tomorrow, night night.

shala - no, don't think DH's migraine and kids party were connected, but it was probably me saying here last week that he didn't get them very often now

    Welcome Sympatea :hello:

I only used my Doodle Diary a couple of times tweets and then packed in. Could restart it again though as it doesn't have dates in.

Managed to pick up the pork from Tesco maman. Did you look in the freezer section Lois?

I think its just the mag that the SW members get for £1.95 smedley.

Well done on the tshirt Lois :T

Beanie - hugs to you. It's awful when someone your own age dies. Don't worry about being on plan at the moment - just do what you can until you feel ready to get back on it.

Sally - don't think a thermal travel mug would work too well as I think they're only designed to keep things hot for a fairly short time. If you do decide to need to buy a flask I'd go for a food flask, which has a much wider neck than a normal flask, so you'd be able to take leftovers etc as well as HM soups.

    Having a Green day today:

    B - beans on toast
L - egg salad, beetroot, cornichons, FF vinegarette
    D - Nacho Feast (from magazine); HEB + 0.5

    HEA 1 - 80g Primula light cheese
    HEA 2 - 250ml ss milk
    HEB 1 - 95g steak mince
    HEB 2 - 60g WM bread

    Syns: Fajita mix 0.5; Viscount biscuit 3.5;

Might also have a fruit split lolly this evening

    Brilliant result, well done! :T

Yes, however our nearest Tesco isn't very big so it has a limited range. I try to avoid going to the huge SMs but I'll have to face it or do without!

Well done on the tshirt Lois :T

Thank you, I was really pleased. I've got a number of tops put away that were too tight last year so hopefully I'll be able to wear them this year.

:T on your loss b-e-g. Have you got a target in mind or are you just doing a shiny at a time?

Well done on hanging on to them, it's always a dilemma. That means you can get through the season and save your money for a whole new wardrobe when you get to target:D.

Clean jeans day here so very conscious of every bump.:(Hoping to get out for a walk so a bit of BM may make me feel better. I'm going to WI this week whatever I feel like as I find it motivates me either way.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: bacon and fried LO veg
D: sausage tray bake (new potatoes, red onions, peppers, carrots mushrooms, tomatoes) with cabbage side.
    Syns: squirt of syrup

We enjoyed tray bake a couple of weeks back and it's too sunny for gravy today so basically all suitable veg roasted with the sausages.

If you get the money on your bank account, you can order the books at SW online, and get them posted to any alternate address :)
This may save time and effort on your part.
SW have very reasonable P+P too.

I have been missing in action for the last few weeks and I am sorry to say that I am now back up at the weight I was when I started in January :( There is no-one to blame but myself however it has made me realise that I am not happy with my weight and that I need to stop letting life get in the way of my slimming journey.

So today I am starting a week of EESP to kick start things and to get back into good habits. It is not long until the summer and I have time to shift a stone if I am sensible and determined.

When does the next challenge start? I am going to bow out of this one and join the next.
