    Thanks all.

    b e g ~~Another great great loss :j :j :j
Are you going for 7 stone?
How near are you to your target?
    Sorry, memory dire at mo.

:T on your loss b-e-g. Have you got a target in mind or are you just doing a shiny at a time?

Well done on hanging on to them, it's always a dilemma. That means you can get through the season and save your money for a whole new wardrobe when you get to target:D.

Thanks beanie and maman. I would have loved to have got 7st shiney next week as it will be exactly one year since our class started and it was my first night. To get this though I am going to have to shift 2.5lbs this week - with having done 3lbs this week I am not holding out too much hope :o. Will try to stay on track as much as possible - I have however discovered Carte Dor Praline Ice Cream (11 syns for 100g) :D. Had around 75g last night so that should have kept me within syns for the day. Will try to leave it alone now until Saturday (DHs birthday) or even next Monday night after wi. ;) As for how much further I need to go, well I am still in the obese category (32.4 bmi) I suppose ideally somewhere between 10-11st maybe but as you say maman I am just taking each shiney as it comes along.

Thank you, I was really pleased. I've got a number of tops put away that were too tight last year so hopefully I'll be able to wear them this year.

    LL :)

You have just reminded me Lois I think I have a couple of tee shirts stashed away somewhere :rotfl:

Great to see you back Rummer. I think the current challenge runs until about 4th May I think. It is so difficult when RL gets in the way of things but you at times we just need to put ourselves first. Good luck with your EESP week.

Sally - don't think a thermal travel mug would work too well as I think they're only designed to keep things hot for a fairly short time. If you do decide to need to buy a flask I'd go for a food flask, which has a much wider neck than a normal flask, so you'd be able to take leftovers etc as well as HM soups.

Thanks Denise, that's useful to know. I think it's probably worth me investing in a food flask as it opens up my lunch options a lot more which can only be a good thing!

    Well done b_e_g, that's a fab loss!

    Good luck with SP Rummer

I managed to forget to put any sweetener in the quark I bought in for pudding along with mixed berries - a little tart but manageable (just)!

Just getting caught up here, Daisy I no exactly how you feel about buying clothes and changing room tears! Hugs
What was the verdict on the Mexican Cod Denise?
I need to get a grip here, get organised and do some cooking.
Good idea about the thinking about nice clothes Lois, I used to do that and think about things that I was going to and what I wanted to wear and how that would make me feel better than what it was in that I was thinking about eating! I need to start doing this again! At the minute the food is winning!
I really need to up my game, my head is not at all in it at the minute and at needs to change ASAP. My thinking is totally not right right now Smedly! Really need to go and buy some good food and meal plan.
Mrs Ryan, not so good news, not at all an Expert but someone close to me has it and has managed to manage it very well after and very tricky time with it at the beginning and is now off all medication for it.
Really have everything crossed for you Shala and that’s all I’m saying on the matter! Try to think nothing about it until you are told what it is. Fingers crossed nothing serious.

Bet you won't forget it next time Sally :rotfl: I use the Lidl frozen berries in my overnight oats and they can be tart enough to curl toe nails at times. :D

Lantanna - the Mexican cod wasn't that good. Neither DH nor me liked it particularly. I still find it difficult to get my head round tomatoes with fish! Definitely not one to do again.

Much prefer plain cod and chips!

Agree with you on that - I use the Aldi one and they are really tart as well! Have to say I really didn't enjoy the overnight oats, although they were very filling. Think I'll just stick with porridge in future with a pile of fruit on top.

Woo hoo well done Blue Eyed Girl! :j

Beanie, so sorry about your friend. It's especially hard to lose someone relatively young. Thinking of you.

I'm back on the straight and narrow! Meg thanks for your lovely words of encouragement - I'm not away on holiday though, just off school. I did let myself have that week off plan, as I don't get proper holidays at the moment.

You're quite right though, it's a journey not an event... and my graph still shows a downward trend!

JPScloud - was that a weigh in at class? If not, it might be worth checking your scales in case they need a new battery. If it is a genuine gain, try not to be too hard on yourself, you know you can get good results if you stick to the plan so that gain will be gone again in no time.

    LL :)

Sorry I missed this Lois... yes it was at class - I think I might have given everyone the wrong impression saying I was still on holiday... I meant still off work (school!) rather than away on a proper jolly.

I did let myself have the week off plan, but it really scared me how quickly and easily those pounds went back on.
