Afternoon all,
I have had a rough few days but bf pepped me up with ice cream (only thing I could manage for ages) and pizza and a cookie Friday after work/Saturday. Sunday was slightly better and yesterday was a good try.
Today I am trying more though and am at work so that helps;
breakfast: 35g shreddies (HeB) with 100ml ss milk (from hea)
lunch: hm leek and tatie soup, melon pieces
now: apple
tea: don't feel up to much so bf and wonder bairn are having chicken dippers chips/potato shapes and beans (add veg for baby). I will have 4 chicken dippers plus left over mash and beans plus veggies and maybe an egg of some description. 6syn for the dippers. Bland mis-matched food but it's what my poorly inner child wants!
Late start at work tomorrow as wonder bairn has her mmr etc so more time for breakfast etc;
Breakfast: omelette (mushroom and tomato)
lunch: jacket potato and beans plus salad. Probably some tuna too. Apple
At evening training - sweet clem, maybe some special k cracker crisps (5syn),
when we get home: not sure I'm not usually fussed for anything. Maybe some HeB cereal with some HeA milk
I am going to plan 4 days of each week for the next few weeks - apart from the two weeks bf is away in May as I am planning all of those days and going to our caravan with my mum and dad for one of the weekendsIt's definitely more the walking I need to be doing now as generally my eating is pretty good. Oh and I need to hydrate more!
Wonder bairn's jabs are just over 0.5 mile from our house so I'll walk there and back before work. Just have to find time to build it all in I guess!************************************

I really fancied gammon and pineapple so went to asda to get smart price gammon and was delighted to see their butchers selection was nicer and cheaper at 3.50 kg pineapple 69p. Was horrified to see ready sliced gammon and pineapple at 10.53 a kg. It takes no time at all to slice your own and saves a fortune.
Also got pork loin joint at 2.97kg whereas the ready sliced steaks were 6.82kg.
Another buy in there today is the 500g packs cooking bacon at 40p.and 4 pack of Heinz chopped tomato at 98p
Right off to get slicing and freezing. Weight In for me tonight, will post the damage later.Slimming World at target0 -
Sorry you've not been too good lush but you do sound determined to get back in there.
Shouldn't have laughed lantanna but reading your post I wondered if ASAP was another version of SW!:rotfl:I have been missing in action for the last few weeks and I am sorry to say that I am now back up at the weight I was when I started in JanuaryThere is no-one to blame but myself however it has made me realise that I am not happy with my weight and that I need to stop letting life get in the way of my slimming journey.
So today I am starting a week of EESP to kick start things and to get back into good habits. It is not long until the summer and I have time to shift a stone if I am sensible and determined.
When does the next challenge start? I am going to bow out of this one and join the next.
:T for getting started now and not waiting until the next challenge started rummer. SW won't solve all your RL problems of course but it really does help you to face things of you feel good about yourself. And it's an area of your life that you can control.
Don't be too hard on yourself, a whole week of SP is a toughie. If you start craving carbs you might have the wrong ones. Why not have a few odd days or some meals. And do try to post your menus, not just for us to look through but for a bit of support too.
I've been ever so restrained today. As I don't have scales, clean jeans day for me is a bit like a sneaky home WI and I'm not happy with how I'm feeling. DH tried to persuade me to have lunch out and as it was in a pub it would have meant wine syns too. BUT I said no and came home and cooked up my LOs even though I was starving.:)
Slight change of plan tonight. While I was out I went to Lidl and got some more summery veg so aubergine, courgette and asparagus will be in the tray bake and I've decided to do patatas bravas instead of the new potatoes.0 -
Well, alongside my carrots that I had for my evening meal was... One cauliflower floret, and 3 ribbons of spring cabbage. I did mix them altogether though.:rotfl::rotfl:
Here will be my Wednesday menu plan....
Breakfast. Yoghurt, Apple strawberries blueberries,
Lunch. Mushroom soup, small piece of homemade steak pie. ??? Syns
Dinner. Loose potato pie no crust (homemade ) beetroot red cabbage.
Supper. Orange, 2 ryvita 3 Syns
A milk B. 2 Alpen light bars.
Probably all my 15 Syns.
Water, lemon squeezed in hot water s/f lemonade.:)

If you get the money on your bank account, you can order the books at SW online, and get them posted to any alternate address
This may save time and effort on your part.
SW have very reasonable P+P too.
Thanks for the suggestion Smedley.
Beanie - this would work if you want to do it this way?
