  • Wow Lantanna, what a loss!

I forget who it is that is thinking of travel mugs to keep things warm. Aldi/lakeland/boyes/homebargains do small thermos. Hubby used to use these to keep pasta/soups hot. Perfect for at work, or days out on plan.

You would think after loosing 6 stone the last time, that I would be used to how SW works. I can't get over how much food there is on my plate, and how not hungry I am AND that I am struggling to use my syns. - Clearly I was doing something wrong before!

    congratulations Lantana on SOTW

lost 0.5lbs this week. Bit disappointed as I have been so good this week but think last week is maybe still catching up with me so will stick with it this week and see the results next week hopefully.

    Menu plan for tomorrow is

Bfast: SW sausages, tomatoes and mushrooms
    lunch: chicken salad
dinner: will have a look and see what needs using in the freezer as I have quite a few meals which I made before that need using.
    snacks: fruit and yoghurt
HEA - philly HEB - ryvita -supper

Awww don't be disappointed any loss or stay the same is better than a gain, remember its a plan for life not a diet.

maman~your tea sounds most yummy

Oh it was.:) I can't believe that sausages work so well in a tray bake and far cheaper than my usual chicken. It would make a veggie meal with Linda McCartney's too. Tonight we had garlic, courgette, peppers, red onions, tomatoes, aubergine, asparagus, mushrooms all roasted with the sausages (cut in halves). Then patatas bravas as a side. It was yummy. I've saved you a portion wiz.;)

Wow just got to admire the will power Maman I would have had the pub lunch tight jeans or not :rotfl:

Will power disappeared tonight though. My friend called to say do I fancy a day in London. We'll do a show, meal and drinks so another off plan day. But weather looks to be great and an offer on train ticket so just £15 compared with usual £40 minimum.:D

    Back on track on Thursday.

    Morning lovelies :)

I have been missing in action - the action has been mainly eating things that are not on the SW plan :o

Reporting two weeks gains as I haven't been on for so long. Will try and catch up a little later today so apologies for missing any amazing losses!

It was +1.5lb last week and +0.5lb this week for me :( Frankly, I was lucky and amazed not to gain more.

I will get my SW head back on now. Banana for breakfast I think then I'll take it from there and cook something yummy for tea that will have zero syns.

    Well done Lanatanna on SOTW.

Meg - those spicy chops look lovely (I can't pronouce it either, LOL!)

Maman - your tray bake sounds amazing; I've never thought to do it with sausages - having previously only done it with chicken, although I sometimes do a tray of roasted veg to go with a roast dinner which could be any meat!

Have just totted up my syns for the week and can't believe I haven't had enough this week - only 80 including the ones planned for today. Unfortunately that usually signals a gain for me - how does that work? Think I might have a glass or 2 of wine today!

Think I should have had a couple of G&Ts yesterday rather than just the tonic, LOL!

    Another Green day today:

B - strawberries, grapes & FF natural Greek yoghurt
    L - HM hummous, 3 Multigrain Ryvita (HEB1)
    D - Chicken (HEB2) stirfry, egg noodles
    S - Cheese, Ryvita x 2 (4 syns)

Have got a couple of boiled eggs in the fridge to snack on if I feel the need (made for DH's sandwiches but assume he didn't fancy egg mayo sarnies this morning when he done his lunch). If not, might have them some time tomorrow.

    HEA 1 - milk
    HEA 2 - cheese
    HEB 1 - 3 Multigrain Ryvita
    HEB 2 - 70 cooked chicken
    Syns - 2 Ryvita 4; fruit split lolly 3; pink 'n' white 2.5

May also have a glass or two if I fancy as have plenty of syns to spare.

    Denise
