Welcome back maman  sounds like you had a lovely time!
Welcome back swiper :wave:Not sure what other syns I'll have but possibly a Viscount biscuit for 3.5 as I still have one left. Might buy some more of these when I go to B&M next time as they're good value at 89p for 14. This lot has lasted at least 3 weeks
3 weeks!?! wow you have some willpower Denise :rotfl: they'd last all of 3 minutes in this house!
lantanna - enjoy the break xx
great NSV candyapple :T:jI'm delighted!!:D All my bossiness is paying off!!:T
When the new books came out a number of fruits weren't on the Speed list: grapes, bananas, mango, blueberries, cherries, kiwis, figs, pineapple and a few more obscure things.
D*mn it I keep forgetting that pineapple isn't speed
Wiz, your menu looks fine, presumably you're doing a green day. Only you know if your portions are the right size..:D you may be having a lot of wheat based products that don't necessarily agree with everyone and weight loss but they are within your syns..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Thanks Shala so, do you think I should reduce my intake of breads etc
And not have those type of things every day ?
I'll try everyother day or every two days. I can't do without altogether lol x0 -

So finally went to Dr, wanted to see female but no appointments til 23rd April . Anyway saw Dr who gave me new meds to try but didnt seem interested in my mental health and the stress thats causing it which in turn is causing all my 'issues'
.
New meds also means drink more so have been, which also means I can't keep off loo. Also been working in the garden which has encouraged me to drink more. I have felt like Ive been hacking my way through the jungle and am full of scratches to prove it
. Hopefully the workout will help with the scales too.
Menu has been a bit mix and match, some meals green some EE some EESP. Also just noticed Im not eating any speed fruit as I only eat blueberries and pineapple as most other fruit triggers an attack. Do eat plenty of veg though so hopefully it evens out.
Son has another interview tomorrow so fingers, legs [not just because of all the drink :rotfl:] and anything else crossable will be crossed
keep the faith all :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
Keep the Faith All

I was going to ask if I needed to buy new books... but if they've swapped all the super foods and such I guess I'll have to. ( Grapes and pineapples are a fave.) As there's a free membership in Bella this week, That might work out cheaper.
T.I.E sorry to hear you're having a mess about at the moment I hope things sort themselves out.0 -

The diet is working for you as it is, if you want to cut bread/wheat out a little bit then by all means do, but, if having some bread keeps you eating healthy the rest of the time then i wouldn't cut it out completely, you may end up on a binge as you feel deprived:eek:
I know you think you aren't doing very well and want some big loses but over the last few challenges you've lost over a stone. :T:T be proud of that!!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Thanks Shala, I will bear it in mind. It was just belly fat I was thinking about someone told me the stomach would flatten more with less bread etc.
Although I do need some carbs being a diabetic. Thanks again.0
