    Hi peeps another lovely day here up in the North West. :cool:

    Here is my Wednesday's menu plan.......:D :D

    Breakfast. Porridge. A/B. Mixed berries.

    Lunch. Last of my split pea and lentil soup. 2 ryvita 3 Syns. Grapes

    Dinner. Egg, S/W cheesy A chips.beans. Tomatoes. Beetroot. Orange.

    Supper. Walkers light crisps 5 Syns 2 Alpen light bars B

    A milk A Cheese B porridge B Alpen light
    8 Syns
    Water, Lemon squeezed in hot water. :) :T

    Called in Asda on way back home an the 39p veg are all reduced to 20p so looks like the offer is finished. Did get Alpen Lights on offer 98p though.


    If anyone has a 99p store they have the big 16 portion pack of
    Laughing Cow light with blue cheese, I love these with a nice crisp apple and as the 8 portion pack is 1.35 in Asda stocked up. They also have 900gram packs of very lean bacon mishapes so go 2 of those.

    Sorry not been on for a while finished work and been spring cleaning and my laptop at home wont view forum unless on google chrome, I lost 1 lb next week , weigh in today a day late. x so fingers crossed bk to report later

    Interesting article in today's i about it being healthier to have a BMI between 25 -29.
    This ties in with what we were talking about the other day.

    I have been reading up on this as according to my progress on SW I am 23.8 BM puzzling it would seem that I should put a bit on.

    Indeed, BMI don't account for more muscle mass, it cannot tell the difference between fat and muscle, and also the different types of body fat.
    BMI is just an estimate, If I look in the mirror and I am happy with my waist, then I've reached my target! The BMI is just a guide.

    I can report a loss of -2.5lbs yesterday :D.

    It isn't long now until I have lost a stone.. I just need to be good this weekend at my sister's wedding!

    Welcome back MeandO - I would just say (in mamans absence ;)) just make sure you have 1/3 speed food throughout the day. i'm not sure how big your portions of fruit were but grapes don't count as speed :D
