Hello all, wow what a day here. Lost my handbag and had it returned (long story, but I am so grateful to that lovely lady).
Lost 3.5lbs this week! The exercise seems to be making such a difference at the moment.
I was slimmer of the week and I also won the raffle! Stayed to group, and really enjoyed chatting with everyone. Usually I have to rush home but while we're on holidays I can stay.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

Evening everyone. Hope you have all enjoyed the Easter break.
Bit disappointed with wi tonight as I have to report a gain of +1.5lbs. Didn't stray that far off plan to warrant that but still having loo issues which I don't think is helping matters. However, tomorrow is a new week. Easter egg is still unopened for now that is:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Great loss Lantanna - shame you have been poorly though. Enjoy your weekend.

Morning all
It was quiet on here over the weekend, hopefully that meant everyone was out and about, having a good time, enjoying the sunshine and not too embarrassed to show their face after gorging on chocolate! :EasterBun
DH and I shared a Thorntons Flutterby egg and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not sure how many syns as I couldn't find it but we allowed ourselves some flexi syns.
Well done JPS, lantanna and everyone who is doing well this week. :T
Daisy - you'd do well to try to reduce your salt intake as it can cause high blood pressure, which may not be a worry to you now but could cause problems as you get older. I stopped adding salt a while ago and you do get used to it after a while, I find adding herbs and spices to replace the flavour of salt helps.
Have a good day everyone.

Been reading over the weekend but not posting. Have stuck mainly to plan but with extra syns for wine & a couple of hot cross buns! Have had, I think, 82 syns since Thursday, so 23 syns left for today and tomorrow so happy about that.
We didn't actually manage to get away for the weekend as broke down about 10 minutes from where we were going when the cambelt went on the motorhome! After a load of faffing about with the breakdown we ended up sleeping in the little road where we broke down!
Finally lifted back to local garage about 1/4 to 2 Friday afternoon where DD1 picked us up to take us home.
So as you can imagine our weekend was definitely not what it should have been!!!
Back on plan properly today, now that DH is back to work, LOL!
B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - HM carrot & lentil soup
D - Mediterrean chicken one pot - from this month's magazine
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - not sure yet

It has not been a good weekend. Nobody around me seems to get that I need their support in trying to shift the post baby bulge
We've been at the caravan with bf's parents - MIL is often a problem when it comes to my weightloss adventure as she always struggles (she is a large lady though not as large as she thinks/could be given what she eats. She doesn't have a good relationship with food; she didn't like SW as there was 'free' foods and that was wrong, she fell out with WW and countless other things and the tablets the herbalist gave her didn't work as quickly as she wanted)
Back home and we won't have another weekend at the caravan with them for a while I think due to bf's work/rugby.
Back home and need to get my head in gear. I wouldn't be surprised if I've put on half a stone in a week with the stodge (fry-ups, bacon sandwiches, chippie lunches by the beach, pizzas etc)
Today:
breakfast: didn't have time to prep for the week yet so stopped by asda and got a small pot (160g) of melon and grapes and a pack of pineapple fingers (200g - 5 fingers) to munch on
lunch: left over lamb dhansak from last night - it's half a take away box so I'm calling 4 syns. Having it with plain boiled rice. An apple and a sweetclem
tea: chicken (baked) with extra lean bacon, microwave jacket potato, sweetcorn and salad (lettuce, baby plum tomatoes, beetroot, orange pepper)
Not sure how I'm going to have my HEs yet.
I have bought some of the Asda CBY NAS sparkling flavoured waters for at work...am I right in thinking they are free?!
I am going to plan for tomorrow at lunch time so I know what prep I need to do at home tonight************************************
