    Happy Easter

Well, I am a little down in the dumps today. I have to report a STS
I am a bit downhearted although I went a bit wonky this week, but not with Easter eggs etc. the only chocolat I have had way 2 finger kit Kat in my Syns too.
I went wonky with savouries ie, bread and the od bag of low fat crisps.
Not to worry I shall still be doing this next year or the year after I started in 2012 at 11 stone I am still 2lb off 10 nearer 3 really.
I think my diabetes does it and I am older, now, because in 1972 at WW I lost 3 and a half stone in 19 weeks. It was a very strict way of life in those days but I kept it off until I stopped smoking in 2003 And in 2004 got B.P. diabetes the big C and then forever struggled.
I will keep plodding along. Hope everyone else has lost so congratulations to you all. Don't forget Shala I can't major my letters bigger unless I do capitals. :)

The good thing is wiz you did say that the drs were pleased to see your diabetic numbers coming down - so you must be doing something right. :D I totally agree that it is so much harder to shift the blubber now that we are older than in our younger days. But we will keep at it and we will get there by whatever route we take. Take care :)

    Your welcome wiz :D

Just got in from lawn cutting and clearing up after hedges have been trimmed. Absolutely gorgeous weather today here for a change - hope you all have had your share of some sunshine.

Absolutely starving so just cut a chunk of the leg of lamb that was cooked yesterday. Off now to do some veggies for tea.
