I just ate a bag of pom bears
Plain though as my local tesco appears to have stopped selling the bacon ones
I buy them for the children, obviously...
They were my reward for getting out for my walk. Did just over 3 miles - nowhere near what jock is up to now!
Oh yes, I buy them for the children too
Then I realise i don't have any children and have to eat them instead.. Waste not, want not :rotfl:
Well done on your body magicMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Love my tassimo.. I'm boring tho, black americano for me!
Daughter liked the Oreo lattes but haven't bought them since, too tight :rotfl:
Off out for lunch with the family, joint birthday for me and mum, 2 weeks between us so we always go in the middle.. Anyway, looking like its carvery so that will be easy to stay on plan with.. The desserts will be another matter, will just have to fill up till I'm popped with veg!0 -

I can honestly say I've never managed a pudding at the carvery. I'm the one gingerly carrying my carefully loaded plate back to the table and I have been known to go back for more veg!:rotfl:0 -
I tried hypnotherapy and it didn't work for me.
I do believe hypnotherapy can work with smoking, but that's completely different to dieting: to stop smoking, just stop buying cigarettes. You can't stop buying food, we have to eat!
I've got the Paul McKenna book and cd at home but I haven't tried it, I may give it a go - at least he isn't obese! :rotfl:
LL
I believe Hypnotherapy can work knowing what I know about how the brain works.
I do get you, if you have no confidence in the practitioner or therapy, then it's a non starter!
Let me know how it goes...SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
Lois ive tried that one the Paul mc one it never fails to make me fall asleep it cracks me up ive listened various times and always end up falling asleep his voice makes me sleeeeeeepy
Is there any possibility it can still work, subconsciously, when you're asleep? I could use it to get me off at night and end up like Twiggy!

Are you coming back on Brittany Ferries lois? I've used them a lot over the years and their buffet dinners can be very SW friendly. You could eat your own weight in smoked salmon if you want and there's always fruit. Of course there are loads of naughties too but I do enjoy it and the full English.
Yes, we're on the Pont Aven, so the food will be good once we're on board. They do an all you can eat breakfast buffet for about £12 so as long as I stick to free food and avoid the naughties I'll be alright.
The difficult bit is being on the road, so my plan is to eat before we leave, have healthy snacks on the way, then have dinner when we arrive in Madrid. The next day will be hotel breakfast so again, try to stick to free food and avoid bread and cakes, and then we'll have dinner in Santander when we get there.
Hope it's not a rough crossing - we've had some awful ones in the past, the only good thing being we save money on food! _pale_

Was really really dissed off this afternoon as washing line snapped resulting in another wash and trip to Asda for a new line
But every cloud has a silver lining they don't stock washing lines but had some mega reductions. Got 5 packs of smoked haddock at £1 instead of £4 packs of stirfry 10p instead of £1.50, sweet crunchy salad
10p instead of £1.50 AND a veg I have never ever bought before Celeriec usually 1.28 a killo reduced to just 10p each. I bought 6 as thought well if I don't like it it will do for DIL`s rabbits,
Once I had googled to find out what to do with them discovered that yes I like it very much, can do everything that you can do with potato but a lot less carbs
Also got 15 free range eggs for 50p.
So lesson learnt never to old to try a new veg.
Hope everyone has a good weekend if not hugs from me, it will get better eventually.Slimming World at target0 -
