RE: Nibblers
Since joining the thread, I have seen a common problem with some members: NIBBLERS/SNACKERS.
This ain't going to be a dig, but to all those:
nibblers, emotional eaters,
I think you can do something to help yourselves, should you have the commitment to achieving your Ideal Weight Goals.
Hypnotherapy!
Imagine the therapist makes chocolate, sweets, cakes taste like Swamp Mud or Lemon or something equally repulsive to you, do you think you would happily snack on it then?
I will leave you all to ponder this.
I can ponder all I like, it doesn't work..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
1lb loss for the chart pls Shala!Debt free 2018
Wins for 2020: April - Flowers, Keyring0 -
Thanks for your suggestions maman & lois.. I'm good with both savoury or sweet
I don't usually snack in the evenings but it seems to be a switch when OH is out that I like a nice peaceful night, watching a good movie, eating nice food without him stealing it :rotfl: maybe I have sharing issues!
We had tea quite early so I just wanted to be prepared in case I fancied a nibble. I didn't end up buying the fruit platter.. I really am too tightbut I did buy a pineapple, strawberries, melon and oranges so I can make my own with a bit of flavoured quark.. other choice is carrot sticks, ham and pickles!
Having a red day so I could have cheese and milk today
Brunch - pizza toasts (heb, hea) pepper, onions, ham
Tea - jacket pot wedges (heb) chicken, salad, 1 syn of BBQ sauce, boiled egg
Snacks - crisps (4.5) milk (hea)
Syns remaining 9.5 plus free foods as snacks if needed.Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Aw TIE you do really seem to be having one thing after another. We'll try to chase that damned dog away and hopefully this week passes quickly and you get a couple of weeks to look after yourself.
Well done to our losers. :T
Just about to have our meal - slow cooked gammon with loads of veggies.
Enjoy weekend everyone.

Smedley - tried it and it doesn't work kudos to you if it's worked for you but just because one hat fits one person doesn't mean it'll fit all - same with sw ultimately not everyone who tries it sticks to it as it doesn't work for them and their life?
GREENTIGER!!! Happy birthday!!!
Mini started dance class today - me a bag of emotional mess'age as it was far too cute and apparently she's a naturalmy friends child apparently did well but she wasn't a natural or good
I've been mainly okay today
Just need to get weighed on Monday and get focused and back on it back to target and stay there before Easter and minus birthday
I'm currently amused by a friends friend who's applied to sw to be a consultant and is waiting for the result of his interview as if they were going to be employing him whereas I see it as a business franchise and your technically buying a business so it's not the same as a job job interview if that makes sense
Mrs Ryan where are you?
TopGirl have you disappeared?
Lush are you at the caravan?Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Happy Birthday Greentiger, sorry your team lost but sounds like you're having a nice day despite it.
TIE - hope things start looking up soon, I can only imagine how hard it must be to keep ploughing on when you feel so bad.
Am happily reporting a -2lb loss this week! That pushes me into the next stone bracket down which feels like a real triumph.
Have a good weekend all.0 -

Mildredd~ SW will be ever keen to have yet more people to invest in the ever more expensive franchises. So you are correct.
