Thanks shala and maman.. I wouldn't mind being a photographer for SW, they have some lovely props.. Mine always the same few plates and table top!
Working today, usually my downfall as there is junk galore in the kitchen.. Am determined to stay on track... *fingers crossed*
Have a fab birthday greentiger x0 -
Ooooh new thread. STS for me sadly. I know where I've gone wrong - I've stopped doing food diaries and counting properly, and a fair few times I've had toast when I'm got a sandwich for lunch so too much bread... and not counting properly it becomes hidden syns. Got some food diaries at group today so back to writing everything down for me. Going to a wedding for next few days though so I can't see it being particularly low syn days....Trying to lose weight (13.5lb to go)0

Thank you for the shiny new thread Shala, starting it with -.5lb very happy with that as its been a very hit and miss week. Have the black dog sitting on my shoulders this week and he's bloody heavy. Really struggling with forgetting words which in turn makes me think of my Mum as she struggled to find the right words towards the end. I think (hope) it's just tiredness as feeling very exhausted recently, get home from work and zonking out on the sofa. Missed pointless all week
. My back pain has dragged me down too, resulting in me being a weeping mess yesterday. Can't wait for next Friday to have a couple of weeks off to recover.
Happy Birthday Greentiger, hope it's a good one :beer:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Well – a 3-0 defeat for us , to the team that will be champions. At least we’re the only team to have got a win against them this season. And before you scoff, “So much for the lucky socks,” thanks to them at least one shot was scooped off the line! Glad your team won, maman. :T

RE: Nibblers
Since joining the thread, I have seen a common problem with some members: NIBBLERS/SNACKERS.
This ain't going to be a dig, but to all those:
nibblers, emotional eaters,
I think you can do something to help yourselves, should you have the commitment to achieving your Ideal Weight Goals.
Hypnotherapy!
Imagine the therapist makes chocolate, sweets, cakes taste like Swamp Mud or Lemon or something equally repulsive to you, do you think you would happily snack on it then?
I will leave you all to ponder this.SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
Just tried the new Mullerlight corners, really nice and very similar to the strawberry shortcake and the toffee chocoballs (if that ever was one).
2.5syns each, but they seemed pretty satisfying, that little bit of chocolate seemed to really help.
