Hope Poppy gets a wee bit Tweets if it doesn't make her ill! My wee dog used to always get the end of a kit kat and sit waiting patiently for it :rotfl:
Happy Easter everybody, make sure you all take a little time to have a few treats, it keeps us sane!! Just don't do this!!!

Not a fan of overnight oats either.. I dont use sweetener and found the mixed berries i'd added were very tart.. plus it was too claggy for my liking
1 lb off for me yesterday, thought it might have been a wee bit more but happy enough with a loss.. 12.5lb to target
Good luck lantanna, sounds like you are making the right decision for yourself.. I need a bit of that motivation!
Well done on the losses everyone and a big hello to the new folks, lots of fab ideas and advice to be had on here..

Well done losers, I see you've had some good loses :T
Welcome to the board clairebear  feel free to ask questions and post..
Lois - just about to watch that programme about fat.. although might put it off till after me tea :rotfl: I won't say what it is but it definitely won't be on-plan and it will have quite a bit of fat in it so I don't want the programme to put me off! The Alex Polizzi programme sounds interesting too, might have to look for it on Iplayer.. the heck sausages are free aren't they, well the chicken ones. I've never found them in the shops though..
lantanna - we'll definitely be here to give you a kick up the bum if you need it x do what you need to do at the moment.. and save the £5'ers for something nice to treat yourself with when you get back to your target.. ell done on resisting the fish suppers! Our lot were on about KFC earlier but there was no way I was joining in with that..
Nice hair BEG
Another one not a fan of overnight oats.. although granola and natural yogurt I love
Not hungry today so I've only had a banana and a packet of puft hula hoops(lovely btw) going out for tea so I've saved calories if not synsMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Shala if you had watched the programme about KFC the other night you definitely wouldn't have even thought about it!
Ha ha Tweets, I like the sound of Lucy!! :rotfl:0 -
I generally like bitter flavours but in this case I think it was a combination of sour berries and natural yogurt was a bit too much.

Truvia sweetener is calorie free, you need a third of a spoon of Truvia to get the sweetness normally provided from a spoonful of normal sugar.

It looks more expensive, but you are using less each time you use it.
Furthermore, I don't get any nasty after taste, like with the other sweeteners.
Maybe this will help give you nice sweetness without the unwanted effectsSW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0
