Well done on the loss:T
Just wondering why you perceive the Overnight Oats to be sour?
Do you like natural yogurt?
For the fruit I buy from Lidl the frozen (Black Forest Fruits 750g @ £2.20 I think), I don't find them sour
For me the Overnight Oats is not sour, but maybe it's just down to our taste buds and what we like to eat. e.g. I love weak earl grey tea with a squeeze of lemon.
I use the natural fat free yoghurt and the same Lidl frozen fruit smedley and I find that for my taste I need to add sweetener as I find it a bit too tart.
Also love earl grey tea - DH and I usually share a twinnings tea bag. We also have the whittards loose earl grey which tends to be a bit stronger but I just have it black and without lemon.Happy Easter everybody, make sure you all take a little time to have a few treats, it keeps us sane!! Just don't do this!!!

Thanks lantanna and the same to you. Well done on avoiding the fish supper. :A When I went to the hairdressers as I opened the car door all I could smell was fish and chips and the queue was way down the street :eek:Nice hair BEG
Glad you like it shala :rotfl: Got it really quite short so it might help with wi on Monday
Got the fat programme and Alex Polizzi on the box to watch over the weekend. Oh and the kfc one too.
Having salmon, potatoes and huge salad for dinner tonight.
Oh nearly forgot - confession time - I was attacked by a hot cross bun at Mum's when we got back from church this afternoon. It has been a bit of a tradition over the years to have a hot cross bun on Good Friday after church.
Enjoy those choccies tweets. You could always share them among us and save yourself a few syns:rotfl::rotfl:
Looking forward to just crashing on sofa watching a bit of tv tonight starting with Emmerdale and Corrie.

Lois - just about to watch that programme about fat.. although might put it off till after me tea :rotfl: I won't say what it is but it definitely won't be on-plan and it will have quite a bit of fat in it so I don't want the programme to put me off! The Alex Polizzi programme sounds interesting too, might have to look for it on Iplayer.. the heck sausages are free aren't they, well the chicken ones. I've never found them in the shops though..
Hopefully you won't read this until after your tea and hoping this isn't a spoiler for anyone who has recorded it.
They did an experiment with a group of people who could only eat foods with 1% fat or less and one of the problems they all suffered was constipation. That kind of makes sense of SW having that effect, it's because it's a low fat diet, and the fat obviously helps things on their way.
