That's a brilliant loss wiggly :T. Please don't be disappointed - many would be jumping for joy if they got anywhere near that loss. Don't be hard on yourself. Good luck for the coming week.

Off to Sainsbobs this morning and might try and squeeze in Asda before I go to hairdressers. Then its back home for a bit of lunch then its off to church for Good Friday service.

Wet and miserable here today - I just knew the sunshine wouldn't last. :(

That's a great loss, it's not to be snuffed at wiggly.

Have a look at the charted losses for the 9 week challenge, you will see all sorts of losses, the one thing that stands out is that:
A little weight loss, often, is the best formula to lose weight permanently.
    http://s1182.photobucket.com/user/shala_moo/media/spring_zps2muhyoqn.png.html
This should help you set realistic weekly goals.

Follow the plan, eat correctly and you should see great results each and every month. I say this because our body weight fluctuates, so you will get a better measure of how your body responds with your body cycles when eating the SW way.

I really hope I do see Nessie Beanielou!!!

Welcome Gocat, your in the right place and will get all the help and support you need here!

Well done losers, especially you Shala, looks like you've turned it around! M&S do little boxes of Sugar free sweets inn rhubarb & custard and butterscotch. I get them the odd time they are nice.

I had gravy chips last night from the Chinese, no big deal really! My treat night this week.

I'm going to go it alone for a bit and see how I get on! With all the sickness etc I just can't deal with any more pressure and going to group really just isn't doing it for me. I'm at total saturation point with it now after 2 years exactly next week and really starting to despise everything about it. So Im just going to be me, be happy and report my weight on here. If I get into trouble I can always go back. Its just not for me anymore! I don't need to be made to feel like rubbish if I've a lb on one week! It happens! Bodies are strange!

Anyway full day on plan planned for today and working all weekend so should be good enough really and hopefully see something off on Monday.

I'll stick with Monday weigh in for now and see how I get on. I've 13 lbs to get back to my target, not much really. I've lost and kept 73lbs off for over a year now so I'm going to take it easy a bit. Definitely do not want to put anymore on and won't but if it takes me 3 months to lose this 13 again so be it. :) When I can get back in the gym it will come off again I'm sure.

That's awful Latanna, I would not pay and then put up with all that negativity either.
Women's and Men's bodies all have a monthly cycle in which hormonal changes take place, plus we are affected by the moon too. Plus there are other reasons why one might be holding onto food/water.

I hope you have learned discipline in the 2 years of being a Groupie :)

    Congrats losers! :j:T:j
Beanielou, candyapple, lush, Sally, tweets & Cte for sticking with it :)

    Morning all!

:hello: gokat welcome to the thread! are you planning to join a class or follow the plan online?

Today is the last day of college for a fortnight! Have a short exam this afternoon then am free to go for a fortnight :j

I don't know if any of you have seen the dramatic weight loss of Sam Smith? He's claiming 14lbs off in 14 days following this Eat, Nourish, Glow book? I bought it yesterday, lots of guff about not eating lots of sugar etc that we all already know, but there are some really yummy looking recipes that fit in with SW so I think I might use the holidays to give it a go - what's the worst that can happen? There's a really lush looking chickpea flatbread that can be used as a pizza base so think I might stock up today and have that for dinner tomorrow.

Going out for tea tonight, we're booked in to see the new Fast and The Furious so I think I will be wildly off plan. Not even that bothered about it, if I'm honest!! Good to have a wee treat every now and again. So not going to bother posting a food diary for today. Have a great day eveyone!!xxx

Daisy, yeah I saw that! It will be interesting to see if he keeps it off!! Seems a lot to lose in 2 weeks! Might take a look at that book myself!

Enjoy your treat, we all deserve one once in a while!!

    Morning all :)

First chance I've had to get online this morning, we've been busy!

Reporting in with a massive loss - 1/2 lb - bit disappointing after 2 weeks, but its in the right direction.

Well done Beanie and Wiggly. :T

Had the overnight oats this morning and to be honest, I wasn't that keen, I'd rather have porridge. It was quite sour, so it might be improved with sweetener, but I'm trying to cut artificial sweetener out. I usually add a banana to porridge and get a bit of extra sweetness from that.

Have a lovely Easter weekend everyone, try not to go overboard on the hot cross buns and Easter eggs!
