WI in for me today and reporting a 2lb loss
Feel like it could have been more but we ended up having a chinese last night as it was on the way back from the drs surgery (2nd visit of the day) and we were both famished but 2 takeaways in 1 week tut tut. Must do better.
So tonight we're having the LMc sausages instead with veggies, I'm stopping in for the rest of today so I can't be tempted elsewhere. I've had a crown put in this morning (and £200 lighter because of it ) so I'm being careful with what I eat today - no crunching if I can help it, would be just my luck for it to come loose on the same day.
Hope all is well with everyone, have a lovely afternoon0 -

You should be happy happy with that, we were told in class never to eat a Chinese the night before weigh in as the salt in it makes you retain water! So you possibly had more off!!0 -
Weighed in this morning aaaaand:
1lb loss for me please shala
Not on plan today due to running around like crazy between our two offices (30min drive minimum between them) and meetings etc. I had a couple of mini pastries for breakfast, a prepackaged sandwich, 40g tub of pringles and tango orange for lunch and a few sweetiesback on it from now though
Lots of free food going to be served alongside tea tonight and then Friday will be on plan, Saturday 2 meals on plan then probably a take away with bfs parents over at the caravan. Easter Sunday won't be amazing either but I will be straight back o it from then.
More meat ordered from Musclefoods so we got extra lean mince, chicken breasts, meatballs and turkey sausages (no idea on syns - may have to ask if someone can put the detaisl through the syns calculator for those and the meatballs!)************************************

Our meals from the magazine were nice this week - mexican cod dish was ok (although it would have been really nice with chicken IMO but i don't like fish!) and the meditteranean chicken was lovely so if you have the mag i'd recommend them!
Weigh in tonight - as usual i'm not hopeful but we'll see, even half a lb would be good.. a few too many sweets this week i'm afraidalthough i have bought some sugar free sweets that are nice - Ricola Liquorice flavour - i rememberyears ago having a strawberries and cream too, have to have a hunt for those..
Thanks for the heads up on the recipes. I think you've done really well to make the effort cooking something different. Those Ricola sweets sound good if you can make them last. Many of the little boxes (including liquorice) are just 5.5 syns a box.lushlifesaver wrote: »Weighed in this morning aaaaand:

Good to have a loss lush and you too candy.:T
Enjoy yourself in the caravan, hope the sun shines on you.
I'm taking a packed lunch tomorrow so that we can stop when we feel like it en route. While I do plan crisps, I have bought wholemeal rolls!;) Also 2 punnets of raspberries for £1 when I passed a market stall so I'll try and snack on those tonight.0 -
Well done for all those fab losses!
I'm reporting a 1.5 loss myself. Happy with the way it's going.
Just about caught up with the thread since the weekend. Had a bit of a tough one, I spent Friday ripping up our laminate floors as a friend of my SIL who's in the building trade offered to help lay our new wood flooring. He let us down at the last minute, so we had to do as much as we could ourselves with no experience and none of the proper tools. Really fuming as we wouldn't have thought of tackling it until the kids were at school if we'd known we would be doing it all by ourselves. House is a total health & safety nightmare at the moment and for the foreseeable.
My little one was sent home from nursery with chicken pox yesterday, so we're housebound until the middle of next week too. Just generally miserable and eaten too many syns, so am pleased with this week's result.
Best wishes to all0 -
