WI for me today but not feeling optimistic, definitely gone over syns this week so expecting a gain, although on my scales looks as though it's only 0.5lb! Wonder if they're right!

Going away in the motorhome this afternoon to the New Forest until Monday. Have sorted out a fairly SW friendly menu, has to be fairly easy as only have 3 rings and a virtually useless oven/grill! As usual syns will be spent on vino:D May do a day trip to Isle of Wight, depending what the weather is like!

Will be doing EE every day.

    Today's plan is:

    B - banana - after WI
L - HM spicy carrot & lentil soup
D - burger (low fat butchers 0.5 syn); loads of onions, gherkin in a WM roll

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - WM roll
    Syns - burger 0.5; wine

Back later with result from WI!

You really shouldn't be gaining weight just because you've gone over your syns, the point is that the diet is supposed to give you a deficit to lose weight, so there is some leeway built into it. I'm sure you'll do OK

Hope today wasn't too arduous lois and it must be so hard working surrounded by chocolate! Don't forget to keep up your Speed food as today you only had an orange until dinner time. Sorry I'm so bossy.:o

Not too busy thanks maman, we worked harder getting set up on Tuesday.

It was a big orange by the way... :D

Glad you were spoiled yesterday b-e-g. But ironing in the wee small hours!!

    EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB bread (Irish soda bread), scrambled eggs, HEA for milk
L: probably veg and lentil soup
D: fish, new potatoes, cauli cheese, mushrooms
Syns: fish (4), cheese sauce, scrape of spread

I'm trying a lightly dusted sole from Aldi as we need freezer food as going away tomorrow.

I noticed cod loin is reduced to £8.97 per kg in Asda. I know that's not exactly giving it away but usual price is often £14+. I might try to get some for the freezer.

STS for me this week Shala please

Well... big woohoo for me and Candyapple, can't believe I was slimmer of the week! Well done to all you other losers

Well, delighted to have stuck at a sts this week after all the bread I have shovelled in. Finally feeling a bit better after 3 days of absolute murder. Lots of college work needing handed in this week so got myself together and got some shopping in last night, made a big pot of soup and chopped up loads of fruit to get back with the script. I ate my easter egg and the extra bars of choc last week so that's not a worry! :rotfl:

    b: fruit and yogurt
l: hm soup and hex b bread
d: lm sausages (2 syns) mash (3 syns for milk and butter) veggies and gravy (2 syns)

my hex a will be 3 x babybel lights and will just try and stick to the fruit for snacks.

lantanna hope you're feeling a bit better today xxx

“I ordered a pepperoni pizza and chips whilst I was in Italy and what I got was a hotdog and chip pizza, with the hotdogs, and the chips, under the cheese!!! It must have been lost in translation!!”

That sounds like my sort of hangover dream meal!
Takeiteasy! Ooh wispa bites – yum please let us know how those are! I wonder do they do wispa gold bites!! I would be in heaven:eek:
I don’t fancy the look of those noodles / rice at all - to me there is something very strange about them but that’s just me!! Some people must really like them because there are plenty of them available.

Back in work today and feeling a bit better, eating is totally going to pot this weather, didn't eat anything until dinner time yesterday and then I was back out of bed at 11p eating laughing cow on Jacobs Savours Sour Cream & Chive flavour which are lovely btw. But at a syn eat would be too easy to eat the whole packet in one go!

I'll be rationing the chocolate this Easter and with being in Loch Lommond next thurs, Friday and Saturday I really need to be careful!

Still can't wait to see what Easter Egg I've got, sad at 35 years of age but sure!

Just a quick visit whilst i have 15 mins at work.. it's my busy day so no time to do anything :(

Lantanna - glad you're feeling a bit better :D i love the Jacobs Savours both the sweet chilli and the sour cream  we had some left after xmas and i just ended up eating the box to get them out the way!

Hope you enjoy the Aldi cod maman, i didn't find it very nice when we had it, but then i don't really like fish :rotfl:

TIE - i've tried the rice and the pasta in that range and they both have that rubbery texture _pale_ i hate the fishy smell when you open the packet as well.. i think it sells well in paleo circles as it's no carb food..

Beanie - step away from the chocolate :D

Our meals from the magazine were nice this week - mexican cod dish was ok (although it would have been really nice with chicken IMO but i don't like fish!) and the meditteranean chicken was lovely so if you have the mag i'd recommend them!

Weigh in tonight - as usual i'm not hopeful but we'll see, even half a lb would be good.. a few too many sweets this week i'm afraid :( although i have bought some sugar free sweets that are nice - Ricola Liquorice flavour - i rememberyears ago having a strawberries and cream too, have to have a hunt for those..

Anyway i'm off back to work :( i'll have a good read back tonight after weigh in - hope everyone's ok xx

Off to get my nails done tonight, hopefully that will pick me up and it means they will also be done for next week as well! Gotta start on the faketan as well and find some time to get some accessories sorted!

I've mince needs using up so tonight its spaghetti Bolognese, sw chips and salad. Least that's not too bad, I long for feeling better and getting back to the gym and being able to stand too cook things!! You don't appreciate your health when you have it! My house is not at all happy at the state that it is currently in either! :rotfl:
