Congrats on SOTW daisy and candyapple :j
Very well done on your losses meg, bexta and djenks :T
After WI had a mystery meal from the freezer that had been defrosting during the day (I keep thinking of labelling them but it's almost more fun to see what we've got!) and for the first time in forever it meant I didn't oversyn on a Tuesday
We're going to have our traditional treat tea of burger and chips tonight but I will plan my day so I have saved an HEB for my roll and the syns for my burger.
I've started thinking about Easter and I'm going to have to ration the chocolate but I'm sure hubby will help me with that! Also need to cope with breakfast at my MILs. She does the Easter table covered in little chocolate eggs and the like and then breakfast will be toast from homemade bread or muffins or croissants. Proper yum but must keep some proportionIf that's the only naughty I do this week then exercise should get me a loss.
0.5lb off my next shiny, 8lb off target. I must get myself there!:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Well I had a mini size chinese last night & it was so not nice.
DS's GF ordered it & then spent 18 mins on the phone complaining.

hello everyone, I have been missing in action since Xmas time.
Last few months I have been gaining losing gaining losing. I had stopped my online subscription and was doing well going solo but today is the day I take control again.
I have gotten down to a size 18 which was one of my major goals and I have just been costing along. Back on it with a vengance. So annoyed with myself that I have basically wasted the last three months.
Hello to every who has joined the thread in my absence. You will see me around now. Thinking back to what I did when I was having my best loses this thread was a major source of inspiration and support for me.
Let the proper weight loss begin. I need to lose another 52 pounds to get me in to the healthy BMI bracket. I have lost 70 so far so over half way. I will complete my weight loss journey in 2015.0 -
Welcome back TazzyB - I'm sure you'll get back into the swing of it very quickly. I'm not sure if you know but there were a few tweaks to the plan in January and and we no longer have SFs, C(C)s and F(Fs) but Speed and Protein - S and P. Some of the syn values have changed a bit too.
If you can it might be worth getting to a group to get the Introductory talk and the new books but if you can't then just ask away on here there's usually someone around who can answer any queries.
Well done to both our Slimmers of the Week.
Having another EE day today:
B - porridge made with water, Mullerlight, banana
L - Fried up LO crushed potatoes, egg, bacon & mushrooms (beans as well if there are some LO in the fridge!)
D - Leek & bacon risotto; salad
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - porridge
Syns - no idea yet but will be low syn to make up for the over indulgence at the weekend and yesterday!

Well done to the other losers0 -
Hi Tazzy, welcome back.
STS for me this week - AGAIN!!
Bit fed up really because I fill in my food diaries and hand them in to my consultant and there doesn't seem to be any massive mistakes. I confess it's ages since I measured milk so I am going to do that. Better than putting on though so I'll take it.
I'm going to see Olly Murs tonight with my daughter and her friend. We are leaving straight from school and they are very excited.0 -
Good to see you back tazzy. I'm still enjoying your delicious savoury mince recipe so you're not forgotten.:) Denise is right and if you could get to a group for new books it would be worth the £10.
Why not get us to look at your daily menus matron midge? You'll get faster feedback and it might help.
My EE menu for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: pork to use up with something!liver & bacon mash and veg (should have had yesterday)
Syns: gravy, squirt of syrup0 -
Hi all, weigh in is tomorrow morning for me but not expecting great things seeing as I'm constipated again grr! Sorry tmi I know! Very frustrating, my dad has given me some stuff to try for it
For those on our Fb group you'll have seen I was a prepping machine on Monday and prepped veggies and lunch items for the rest of the week - sorry I don't know how to share the pic to here, if anyone who is new or who hasn't seen it before wants an invite to the group just PM me the email address you use for Fb and I'll send the invite
Yesterday:
Breakfast: 5 fruit mix - melon, banana, apple, kiwi, sweetclem
lunch: salad: lettuce, cucumber, pepper, shredded chicken, baby plum tomatoes and 1 tbsp. of pasta in pesto (1syn)
[I made a tub of pasta with pesto - used one tbsp. pesto = 3.5 syns for the box, it gives me 5 portions for in salads but rounding up to 1syn per portion used]
mid afternoon: melon, green grapes and a few strawberries
tea: left over syn free chile, jacket potato and salad, 5 syns for 2 chicken dippers as well
evening: 8 minstrels - not sure on syns (hoping less than the 9 I had left but is that too optimistic)
drinks: tea with milk (from HeA although ended up not using all my HeA), NAS squash, pepsi max
HeB: 2 benefit light bars
Today:
breakfast: melon and banana
lunch: salad as above
tea - we have rugby training but I'm thinking left over chile with salad once home at about 8.30
hea: not really sorted one or fussed for milk or cheese tbh - may split it and have a couple of cuppas with milk then a little cheese on a sandwich/my chile
heb: not really wanting anything. May take a sandwich made with heb bread to training to make sure I am having some fibre etc!************************************

Hi everyone, it's another 1lb loss again this week, thanks Shala.
The next couple of weeks are going to be a challenge, all that chocolate!!
On Easter Sunday my DGD is in a dancing competition at Blackpool Tower which is going to be for the full day, and we've been told that no food is allowed to be taken in at all, so no idea what I'll be eating on that day!!
