Hi again
Thanks for the chart Shala, well done Candyapple and Daisy for SOTW. :T and well done everyone that had a loss this week. Hugs to anyone struggling.
Did the Singapore noodles recipe tonight and despite discovering that I didn't have curry powder or soy sauce, it was very nice. There was loads (I forgot the recipe serves 4) so we threw some noodles away but we both definitely enjoyed the rest.
We had the leftover sprouts and mash with bacon, egg and tomato for lunch and breakfast was porridge (HEA and HEB) so I didn't get to try a sprout sandwich!
Still haven't got a new battery for the scales and I'm really getting twitchy - bit worried about the weekend away although I didn't eat anything that could do a lot of damage. Our son cooked us a lovely lasagne on Sunday, which we had with salad and I didn't have many wine syns as we had a long drive the next day.
Hopefully I'm worrying unnecessarily. DH is going to get a battery tomorrow, but I'll post my weigh in on Friday as usual.
I won't be late to bed tonight, we spent the day getting the shop cleaned and sorted out ready to open tomorrow and I'm tired!
Nightie night all.

2lbs on for me this week shala. Not as bad as I thought considering I had a retirement do on friday, pizza on saturday and chinese on sunday - not at all good in terms of SW.
Fortunately I have nothing on this week (I am not doing chocolate for easter this year) and will get that 2lbs off with the determination to get a couple of it's pesky pals off too.
Congrats to candyapple and Daisy for SOTW0 -

The Singapore Noodle recipe is delicious, I have made this several times now.
Have you tried the Thai Mango & Prawn Curry?
I am trying the Grilled Hoisin Chicken tomorrow, will let you all know how it turned out.SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
