If You've got enough syns left for Chinese, don't deprive yourself. Some dishes are quite low syn. I like beef in black bean with boiled rice. I just need to keep away from the spring rolls and pancakes.
I think what's on the chart is correct for weekly losses it's just that your 3.5 hasn't been added to the overall total yet. But we haven't forgotten you lost 3.5 lbs so don't worry!!:rotfl:0 -

Just thought I would mention I stopped at a market stall during my lunch break that just pork or Turkey 'slimmer sausages' in all sorts of flavours. They tasted amazing. I've come back and put them through the syns calculator and they are all either free or 1/2 a syn per sausage:j

Those sausages sound like the ones they used to sell at markets under the SW banner greenbeanie. We had them in our area and the guy used to call at our group and take orders. I seem to remember a smoked chicken one that was very tasty. I think SW stopped them using the name. They said it was because they couldn't control the ingredients but I think it was a commercial thing to stop people making money from their name.0 -
Hi all, I'm back (again)... keep clambering on the wagon and falling straight back off again.
I'm getting married in January and want to lose a stone before my dress fitting in October sometime. So far i've only managed to stay around the same weight, and can't keep motivated for more than a few days! I've started running again so hopefully that helps. trouble is, I feel pressured because my dress isn't a corset back so whatever i am when I get it fitted is what I have to be in January....

I'm going to go for 18lb... although I'd be happy with 14! We are visiting the in-laws at the weekend for a few days and busying ourselves with wedding bits while we are there so it might be a little difficult to be on plan
The only other thing in September to knock me off plan is my first hen do but I am going to let myself off that night!
And up the running to try to help it along!

Well done tweets, wish I could do as good. I have stayed the same, very disappointed as I have done about 45 miles on my bike upped all of my speed food. But won't let it get to me might come off next week.

Breakfast. Porridge A/ B strawberries, Blueberries.
Lunch A Cheese on toast 6. Syns egg on top. Tomato ,Pickled cauliflower.
Dinner..chicken B potatoes ,mixed veg, orange,
Supper and Snacks 2 ryvita 3 syns. Pear, chocolate mousse 5 syns.
A milk A cheese B porridge B chicken
