Evening all
I've been MIA for a few days but I'm still alive!
Thanks for the chart Shala (bit late I know!) and well done Greenbeanie for SOTW.
Love the name for the new challenge. I really need to knuckle down, I'm doing a great job of maintaining, but I really [STRIKE]want[/STRIKE] need to lose more weight so I'm focusing on the end of October and I'm determined to have a good result. Bit scared to commit to a large amount as I haven't achieved it this time, but I'm going to bite the bullet and go for 14lbs please Shala. If I think of my return to Spain on 1st November as a holiday it might get my mind onto the right track.
Welcome psychopathbabble - lovely to have someone planning their wedding.
I can't wait for Bank Holiday Monday to be over and done with, then we will get back to normal hours again. The last couple of weeks haven't been busy at all and I've had long stretches of time twiddling my thumbs and eating things I shouldn't have. (For those who don't know, my DH and I run a shop/cafe/takeaway on a caravan site and we sell all sorts of naughties that really don't help with losing weight!)
Back in the morning with the results of this week's WI.

If you're happy why not aim at 10st 7? or just keep on the curry sauce and chips version of the plan.;)
Those sausages sound like the ones they used to sell at markets under the SW banner greenbeanie. We had them in our area and the guy used to call at our group and take orders. I seem to remember a smoked chicken one that was very tasty. I think SW stopped them using the name. They said it was because they couldn't control the ingredients but I think it was a commercial thing to stop people making money from their name.
I will just carrying on doing same if I lose I lose if I don't I don't lol0 -

I'm getting married in January and want to lose a stone before my dress fitting in October sometime. So far i've only managed to stay around the same weight, and can't keep motivated for more than a few days! I've started running again so hopefully that helps. trouble is, I feel pressured because my dress isn't a corset back so whatever i am when I get it fitted is what I have to be in January....
Anyway, I don't know how much I'll be able to post but I will check in every now and then

Live in hope!!!
Thank you Claire
Sorry you have stayed the same like you say it could come off next week and I could put on0 -
Well done to all the losers.
Hello to the newbies and rejoiners.
Very busy day today but managed to stick to plan
Breakfast: french toast, mushrooms and tomatoes
lunch: aloo gobi with chicken, yoghurt
dinner: pasta with peppers, mushroom, tomatoes, onion and low low chilli cheese (great at using up wrinkly speed veg lol), garlic bread
Good day for speed veg for me today although could be a bit windy around here later - always happens when I have lots of speed veg:rotfl:
Tomorrow the plan is:
breakfast: toast and jam
lunch: BP with cheese, salad
dinner: sw chicken curry and rice0 -
Evening folks.
Well the new carpet is down on the stairs and landing so just a few finishing off jobs - most of which will be tackled tomorrow after Sainsbobs shopping trip in the morning.
Well we tried the Chickpea Dahl Muffins for tea tonight and would say that were quite tasty. The problem we had with them was that they stuck to to the non-stick muffin tin (sprayed with frylight). We have a silicone muffin tray which we might try next time. By the time we got them out of the tray they weren't too presentable but that didn't affect the taste.
Wondering what to have for supper now as I have HEa and HEb to be used and I suppose I could throw in a couple of syns for good measure :rotfl:.

Hi everyone!
I bit the bullet and joined SW last night so I was wondering if I could join you lovelies?
I almost cried when they weighed me, it's the heaviest I've ever been! Although they did make a good point that this is the worst part and it'll only get better! My Club 10 target is approx 2st so fingers crossed!
So I had my first full day on Extra Easy and I had the following:
B - Weightwatchers Toffee Yoghurt, Banana, Plum
L - 4 Original Ryvita (heb), 6 extra light Laughing Cow cheese triangles (hea), tin of mackerel in brine
Afternoon - strawberries, raspberries, grapes and blackberries.
D - Jacket potato with beans and a big salad (lettuce and cucumber as I'm a fussy eater!)
I'm feeling very optimistic! Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016
