Like the sound of that coffee Greenbeanie!

My dinner was lovely absolutely lovely!

Got my Body fat measured again at the gym and its went down 1 % which is great. Only 5 % to go to get it back to what it was when I was at my fittest / lightest. Which when you look at it that way is great.

Meant to be going out on Saturday but I'm feeling like pulling out the weather here is truly truly shocking and I'm not really fancying a restaurant meal and pub drinks! I'd rather try and stay on plan over the weekend now I'm in the zone!

Me again lush. Those meals are quite good in syns worked out on the calculator although they're only small packs syns are for the whole pack. I used the rice/pasta as free food and put it down as dried as I'm assuming it's like Batchelor's savoury rice. so:

    savoury rice 1 syn
    twirly pasta 1.5 syns
    cheese & tomato rice FREE!!
    cheesy macaroni 2 syns

Aw that's feb - thanks maman! They are like kids versions of the Batchelors savoury rice in single servings.

Yesterday did not end as well as it started - wonder bairn stole my sandwiches and having nothing else ready to eat without at least 30mins cooking late at night I have a spring roll (a big one not one of those tiny ones) from the chip shop :/ dust myself off and start again:

    Breakfast: HeB porridge
    Snack: banana
lunch: not a clue - wasn't able to prep anything before work (this morning did not go to plan) will have to pick something up somewhere in town. will have an apple and a Satsuma with whatever I end up with. Probably a salad from boots or morrisons
    snack: grapes
tea: jacket potato, salad and a garlic chicken kiev (14.5 syns but so worth it!)

Well done of the 1lb lost.

The headache is possibly caused by dehydration so drink loads of water to rehydrate. I usually find it helps, particularly if I've had a bit too much of the "falling down water" the night before:rotfl:.

  • on the topic of water/drinking...I have some of the morrisons flavoured still waters (no added sugar) are they free like the sparkling ones?

Great result for you too greenbeanie.:T Sadly the banoffee pie will catch up at some point but if you rein in the syns you'll probably get away with it.

    Afternoon...

Sorry forgot to say welcome back Lush

    Great loss Greenbeanie :T

Happy Birthday beanie!! _party_ sorry to hear you have a headache - was there wine involved? :p try a cold flannel on your head in the short term.. i have the migraine pads which are cold gel pads and they are a lovely relief from the pain so a flannel should do the same. it's something to do with the blood vessels expanding or something.... hope it gets better xx

Weigh in tonight for me, not expecting great things as we had a few days off plan and i've been doing weights which isn't meant to help with weight loss due to water retention :( let's just hope it's a small gain!

    Menu for today - EE
    B - banana, yogurt, granola (0.5heb)
L - carrot falafels, salad, mint yogurt
T - pasta bake - chicken, bacon, cheese (hea) peppers, onions
S - crisps (5) milk (2) apple + a treat for treat night after weigh in (usually a cookie)

Think i might try banking syns starting tomorrow then see if i can keep within them for treat night with whatever i've got left on a Thursday - i'm not hopeful :rotfl:
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

Look what happened to you last week though Shala when you went? So don't be too pessimistic!

You never know. Just keep going with the exercise. You'll be toning up and losing inches and the scales come together after a while.

    Happy Birthday Beanie!!

Denise - Falling down water lol like it
