Hi everyone I'm back and on a mission to catch up with you all. Things are moving so fast these days
Welcome back lush
That's just a tiny little gain meg - at least you managed to stay within target.Family definitely trying to preserve - you are a little gem
Great loss Tete :T It's a given here when using SW recipes to reduce the liquid (quite a bit in some instances). Its alway easy to add a little bit more if you overdo the reduction
Your meal sounds delish lantanna
Definitely rude not to have some cake maman
Chickpea Dahl Muffins dillon sound interesting. Is this a SW recipe?
Re the caraway seeds maman - they weren't overly apparent iykwim but that could have been due to the fact that we didn't have the full measure. That's probably not very helpful for you, but if you were going to buy them just for this recipe, you could probably come up with a substitute from your store cupboard.
DH is cooking a 'concoction' in the kitchen. He is using a tin of Sainsbob Stewed Steak (free) to make lasagne. I have been fancying lasagne all day and we have got home thinking we had some prepared mince in the freezer and we must have used the last one. So he is cooking of some leeks, carrots, peppers, mushrooms and tomato puree to go in with the steak (please note the extra speedies maman) For the sauce - we have a pot of quark with tomorrows date on so that will be used together with HE cheese allowance. Haven't got a clue what its going to be like but I am blooming starving so I cannot afford to be fussy.
I seem to be having a hungry week this week and I cannot really put my finger on it.
Oh got a phone call from my s-i-l this morning and her daughter and family are visiting on Saturday so I will be able to have a little cuddle of my new little nephew.

Hi all off to Edinburgh for the night tomorrow. Am going to try and stay on plan but I know its going to be hard has any one got any tips??
Chickpea dahl muffins was something I found out about at class yesterday. Three ingredients only
Chickpea Dahl (The asda one is syn free but not all of them are also it is found in the soup aisle near the pre made can curries and spam)
Bachelors curry rice
3 eggs
Make the rice up as stated on the package.
When ready mix all the ingredients together and put into muffin cases or tin (don't use paper cases they don't work)
cook on 180 fan oven for 30-35mins
enjoy
I had a few with a salad for my dinner today my husband really enjoyed them too he said it was like a curry in a cake if that make sense lolSlimming world Journey 2 stone 9.5lb loss:T0 -

I was almost angelic at the tea party. There was a cold meat platter and loads of vegetable sticks so I had a teaspoon of dip with those. 1 small egg mayo sandwich and two 'wheels' cut from a wrap (so perhaps a quarter of a wrap) and a mouthful of fizzy stuff for a toast. As DH couldn't make it I asked if I could bring cake home so he can eat both pieces.
I know the curry cake recipe but never thought of making it in muffin cases. Great idea dillon.
I do have caraway seeds in the cupboard b-e-g, probably last used by Mrs Noah, but I just didn't fancy the taste in a hash. Maybe I'll use the tiniest sprinkle. And as DH doesn't eat eggs I'll maybe serve it with some greens;). Hope the lasagne works out well.0 -

Me again lush. Those meals are quite good in syns worked out on the calculator although they're only small packs syns are for the whole pack. I used the rice/pasta as free food and put it down as dried as I'm assuming it's like Batchelor's savoury rice. so:
savoury rice 1 syn
twirly pasta 1.5 syns
cheese & tomato rice FREE!!
cheesy macaroni 2 syns
ETA: WW apple and berry yogurt is FREE wiz.
So well worth having as a lunchtime snack.0 -

Ahh my WI this week didn't go on the graph thing. Not my week lol. Never mind look out next week. Do we have to enter it ourselves then? I'm not sure how it works, is that why it isn't on there maybe.... because I didn't do it
I fancy the chick pea thing. I will definetly look into that. Spotted today in Tesco freezer. A Bolognese vegetable mix was £1 down to 50p . Worth slinging a couple in freezer to have ready. Not something I have seen before. Hope everyone is enjoying their SW dinners.x

Hi everyone, I'm back from my holiday in Cyprus.
We have had a wonderful time, loads of walking, swimming and Greek salad eating. I have missed class today because of flight times but will be going next week. A peek on my scales shows a slight gain but I'm hoping to shift that before next Wednesday morning.
I'd like to set my target at 7LB for the lean Halloween challenge please.
I'll be doing my shopping in the morning so will go and make my list and formulate a plan.0 -

The hosts must have realised you were on the guest list maman so thought they'd better put a few veg sticks out.:rotfl:
We hadn't realised we were at the bottom of our caraway jar - DH has a habit of getting loads of jars out and sticking bits of everything in. The trouble with this is if he was to do something again he can never remember what he put in things first time around :rotfl: Oh the lasagne was delicious - had intended taking a pic but I was so hungry ... :rotfl:
Will have to remember that my HEa has been used already today - so used to having it at suppertime.
