I'm looking at doing SW online but the MSE in me would like to know if there are any discount codes around :-D
Thanks!
There is a code in the current Essentials Mag for Online Membership. Hope that helps. Can't remember the details but it said you saved £350 -
:T definitely not a fluke sue. Well done!! I'm sure it's making yourself eat Speed food that's helped:D and while it might settle down a bit you should lose regularly.1stBusiness wrote: »I think I'm gunna use pen and paper and just put it all in online at the end of the day. I like to write it down so I can get it into my head what I'm eating.
Had a bit of a wobbly start today as I used Oatibix instead of Weetabix for my HExB  I didn't realise they are syned differently.
Breakfast - Oatibix (HExB)
Skimmed milk (HExA)
Tea
Lunch - 1 Mugshot with chicken
Muller light toffee
Apple snack pack
Dinner - Jacket potato, beans and salad, butter (2 syns)
Snacks - Banana, Nature Valley Sweet & Nutty bar (7.5 syns)
Drinks - Water, Coke Zero, NAS squash, Teanot enough Speed in just an apple and some salad. It's meant to be at least a third. When you jot down what you eat (or preferably in your plan in advance first) I'd suggest columns of HEA/B, Syns then free and Speed . If the Speed column looks a bit empty then up it at the next meal or add in a Speed fruit snack. It really does make a difference.:)

This weeks WI will see if I've managed to keep within my last wi when we broke up, fingers crossed
That'll be quite an achievement to stay on target for six weeks of school holidays. Pleeeese talk to your Headteacher about how your job is making you stressed. In my work I often come up against people who have work related stress, they're really ill and off work for ages and THEN the managers ask what can be done about it. Don't wait until then:A.0 -

Thanks for the help mamanI haven't done a weekly shop yet, so I was a bit short of things to eat. I enjoy eating fruit and veg (veg much more) but it's just getting it into my diet!

Weigh-in last night,first gain since I rejoined SW in mid-May: a 1.5 lb gain.
Not toooooo bad considering last week's AYCE and camping.
Not sure what's up with me at the moment-I am just not hungry .Yesterday I worked, had no breakfast or lunch (had a piece of birthday cake that was offered to me,only to be polite, and not really needed.)After weigh-in finally got to sit down to tea at about 10.30pm.Ate because I knew I should: omelette with cheese (20g = 4 syns),onion, tomato, tinned potato and bacon on the side.
After midnight I had my 2 Hifi bars (HEB).
Skimmed milk in cups of tea,and that is it
Today, all I have fancied is a lovely warming casserole, but I don't have the stuff in to make it.
For breakfast had bacon,2 eggs,2 tomatoes.
Snack: 2 Hifi bars (HEB)
For lunch just now(4pm),all I wanted (cos there is no casserole around here) was 2 light cheese triangles (3 syns,I think),2 Ryvitas (haven't had those for years, need to check syns),some ham,and a Muller light Greek yoghurt (1/2 syn).

Thanks Lantanna, I am still buzzin' as DGS would say lol. I am now after some ideas of maybe some snack type ideas with chick peas. I like spicy but don't do veggiefied, if you get my drift. I am trying to widen my foodie horizons. x0
