1stBusiness wrote: »Hi Everyone
I'm sure this question must have been asked a million and one times, but is anyone a SW member online? Is it worth the money (£60 for 3 months)?
I used to go to the groups and I have the latest books, but there isn't really a group near me that I can get to. My weight has got out of control recently and I need to get back into the diet. My parent's have a 30th wedding anniversary party coming up in Nov and I'd like to have lost some weight by then.
TIA

I have another question! (You're all going to hate me by the end of the week).
For your HEs - Can you mix and match? e.g. Instead of 250ml milk OR 40g cheese - have 125ml milk AND 20g cheese? Or would that be too good to be true? A bit of a google suggests people do do it - do you lot? Thanks!
I sometimes split my HEs Tete. Always good to weigh/measure the HEs as it is so easy to go overGood Afternoon
Kitchen not quite finished just need painter to touch up front window at side then I can :j:j:j

Reporting a loss of 1.5lbs this week, and taking a holiday next week (holiday from SW not going on holiday!) then back to it with a vengeance when we start school again.

Ha ha, maman, go to Swansea and see ex Falkirk players – Jay Fulton, Stephen Kingsley and Botti Biabi (2 taken last year and 1 last week!) . You might have to wait a bit because they are young, but the first two played every week for us and we still miss them. Lost our top scorer at end of season too, so I know how you feel.
1stBusiness, like you I couldn’t get to a class and I was an online member for over a year until I found this group. All I used it for was to record weight and look up syns and that could be a bit of a faff sometimes! This forum gives tons of support and great advice – and a lot more besides. I can find syns online from other groups – syns allowed does a lot of good stuff. So no, I don’t think it’s worth the money. I did find the magazine a good source of inspiration and I still use a lot of the recipes (I no longer buy it, though).
Your kitchen is looking good, tweets.
Well done, jps.
Well, I’m disappointed to report STS, this week. Is it next week the new challenge starts, shala?
