Candyapple - sorry to hear about your pants day - please don't cut/damage parts of your body off to lose weight ;) hope you have a nice meal whatever you chose..

lantanna - bl00ming hell, you get yourself wrapped up and in bed lady! Take care xx

Yes maman, the recipe was out the magazine and very nice it was too. It was broccoli, pak choi, red onion and spring onions as the veg in it and as someone who doesn't like veg it was very edible :D tomorrow we have the Mexican cod recipe but without the doritos.. Wednesday its the Mediterranean chicken

mich - I can't believe someone would be so cruel :( lets hope karma comes and kicks their *ss.. I know this is a bit late but Happy Birthday xx _party_

    Great loss jpscloud :T:T

Mich - How can anyone be so cruel? I feel for you.

Shala - made and eaten the cannelloni and both DH and I enjoyed it and it a definite "do it again". You can really taste the fennel seeds in the mince mixture. It wasn't too much of a faff to fill the tubes as the mix is quite firm so I just picked it up with finger & thumb and shoved it into the tube until it seemed to be full and then put a bit in the other end to make sure there was plenty in it!

My dish was only big enough for 8 tubes so we had 4 each and it was plenty as it's really filling. Only thing I'd do differently next time is to char the lettuce and tomatoes so it's warm rather than cold.

DH wanted to take me out for a meal tomorrow for my birthday but I've said no because of eating out yesterday. Don't want to go mad twice in one week, LOL! Will have a glass or two to celebrate instead.

Feeling positive about this week. I'm using up my syns but keeping a better track. Saturday OH kept nagging for a macdonalds (hes meant to be dieting too - we really miss junk food though). So we had one, but instead of just assuming it was terrible and write off I counted the syns.
In group on Saturday they were discussing Easter and how we might wanna make sure we get a treat if we need one (say 50 syns worth of chocolate) then add up rest of total syns for week and divide it by remaining days and make sure you still dont average above 15 per day. So in light of that, I'm doing that with the mcdonalds and can still have like 12 syns a day which isn't bad. When starting out I was pretty good and often had less than 15 but I think I'm flagging a bit now. Didn't exceed 12 today though so I reckon I can keep it up :) do need to watch the bread though... (yes I realise not having a mcdonalds at all would be much better but we are weak :P)

I've just downloaded a C25K app, not sure if I'll manage it but gonna have a wee go on my treadmill, was never a good runner.. No stamina, dodgy knees and pesky airbags get in the way :rotfl:

I've just done my first session of week 2 - 90 seconds of running seems several minutes more than 60 seconds last week! If you're going to give it a go (or indeed any exercise) get a firm sports bra for the 'airbags', it will make the world of difference. I just need to find an equivalent to stop my saggy backside wobbling when I run :rotfl:

No, you are not weak! That's the reason flexi-synning exists, SW know we'd all give in if we could never have the things we like. So if that's the occasional trip to maccyd's for you then don't worry about it, just plan around like you are :)

    Evening everyone

Reporting in with a -2.5lbs loss and SOTW award. I can live with that :D. My good behaviour for the past few weeks seems to have been rewarded :j

DH had a lovely meal ready for me when I got back in from wi - LM Rosemary and Red Onion Sausages, roasted veggies, tiny diced herby roast potatoes and some salad. Having a cuppa now with a couple of squares of choccie. Might have prunes for heb. Haven't used all milk for hea (unless I count the milk in my choccie :p) but I am not going to worry over that one.

Denise - is cannelloni recipe on SW website. Had a quick look but I couldn't see one that used fennel seeds. Hope you have a lovely birthday tomorrow (just incase I miss you tomorrow) :D

beanie - must look out for these new hula hoops. :D

    shala - HAPPY BIRTHDAY :A

Crabapple - you so make me smile with your airbags and wobbly bits. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Well done you on getting off that sofa. I was hoping to get lawns cut tomorrow before bins get emptied on Wed but that is looking less likely now as its absolutely chucking it down - I know - excuses excuses :p:rotfl:

Good luck for the rest of the week everyone.
