There's a new list of SW meals all over Instagram that are coming out the 7th October, they are doing sauces and soups too.. I'll list them incase anyone's interested..
Sauces - spicy tikka masala, chunky tomato
Soups - spicy lentil, pea and mint, tomato and basil, carrot and coriander
Meals - cottage pie, beef saag, chicken saag, bolognese ragu, three bean and roast veg chilli, beef and three bean chilli, chicken and roasted med veg pasta
Think I'll probably try the tikka sauce as I quite like the chicken tikka they do but we always put extras in it so no point in buying the actual ready meal.. I imagine they'll be expensive though..
I'll be stealing some of the recipes and making them myself too
Got up this morning and did some weight exercises, now my arms are all shaky :rotfl: so finding it hard to type. I imagine it won't help with weight loss this week but I'll be diminishing the bingo wings  and building some muscle.
The gravel arrived yesterday for the back garden so we'll be shifting a tonne of it and digging all day so more body magic! :t
Tweets, is it the Staffordshire V festival your GS has gone too? If so, then the weather is fine at the minute.. I think it's later that the heavens are opening. they'll love it, it'll add to the atmosphere
Yes shala that's the one thank you :T
When he text I asked if it was in Leeds and he replied no Staffordshire Leeds is called Leeds festival:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I didn't dare ask him why V festival wasn't called Staffordshire festival
Those sauces sound good and some of the mealsThank you

Well we've just spent the last 4 hours shovelling gravel in 25 degree heat, sweats dripping of us :(and I'm knackered. Got nothing out for tea so decided we're going to go fetch some mince and make cheeseburgers and chips (didn't stop for lunch so we're having a big tea :j)

Hope you're all enjoying lovely warm weather. Congratulations on your loss Shala.
I'm doing pineapple on the bbq tonight, does anyone know the syn value? I know cooked fruits tend to have a value but I've looked it up on the SW website and all I can find is pineapple free??
I noticed some of you use hairy biker recipes, are they from their diet books? How do you rate them, I may need to get one as I enjoy their cooking although the books I have are their curry and pie books which aren't exactly compatible!
Today I've had
Breakfast - nectarine, banana and yogurt
Lunch - left over beef, wholemeal roll, tomatoes and cucumber (he)
Dinner - bbq spatchcock chicken with salad, new potatoes, grilled pineapple with cinnamon and brown sugar (syns)0 -

It's meant to be 2 syns for 100g cooked but personally I'd ignore it. You're hardly likely to eat more than you would if it was raw (one reason that pureed fruit/juice is synned) and it'll be just warmed through so won't have lost any fibre content either. You'll have to syn the brown sugar though!;)
I don't have any HB books just use my friend Google.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/braised_steak_with_gravy_24508
Just substitute Frylight for the oil and that's it and many of us add mushrooms to the sauce for extra Speed.
Had a bad day so I'm treating us to an off plan meal at home tonight. I think my beef and black bean is about 4, 1 for the egg fried and I'm not even going to look up a couple of spring rolls. Back on plan with a vengeance tomorrow.
EE menu:
B: NAS Pink Grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: bacon, tomato, spring onion, fried potato, beetroot, strawberriesChinese (Waitrose) with egg fried rice (Aldi) SW chips
Syns: loads0 -

Thank you, I agree re the pineapple I had 3 small strips, like you say no more than if I had it raw. I was syning the brown sugar as unfortunately that doesn't appear to be free let alone a speed food, shame really:rotfl:
I hope you enjoy your Chinese tonigh, it sounds good0 -
