Some brilliant losses rolling in today: tweets, greenbeanie, adalef, Claire, shala and denise (hope I've not missed anyone):T

Sorry to hear about the gain beanie.:(Well just had my shish and think I may have over synned. Only have to count some garlic and chilli sauce so going with 5 syns......and I ate red cabbage. And side salad was enough to halve so I have salad lunch ready for tomorrow.Result all around!!
I hope you enjoyed the shish sue. Just ignore the syns as you've very probably saved enough to cover it all and more. You are doing so well trying hard with the Speed food. Was that pickled red cabbage you had? I often by a jar to eat with JPs or cold meats. There's no problem banning bread and crisps if you know you can't find the stop button but you really should have some syns even if you save them up and go out for the odd treat like tonight. If you're not eating bread, what are you having for your HEB?
Colcannon is good, but I've never made HM sausages. I always buy mine (1 syn each) in Sainsbury's and today I bought some to try from Asda (1.5 syns each). remember you'll need 5% pork mince or you'll have to syn it. Let us know how you get on.
I was very restrained this evening. We had to go to Ikea and decided to stay there for our tea as the pubs would be packed with football hooligans!;) DH had an enormous plate of meatballs and cake. I had salmon and salmon: gravlax with salad followed by a salmon fillet with carrots and a small portion of chips. So just syns in the chips and the usual half Crunchie at the game. We didn't play well but drew and hope we'll be better on the return leg next week.
I know I won't be so good tomorrow as my friend always does a pudding and it would be rude not to have at least a taste.
Lantanna, those are the two wines I have in my 'wine store' along with champagne from France. You're welcome to call round any time:D.

I was trying to work it so the Nov/Xmas challenge was about the same length as we usually stop just before Xmas, but it confused my tiny little mind :rotfl:
So i'm overjoyed, I seem to have managed to lose 1.5lbs tonight.. :j:j:j:j 3rd week with a loss (that's a personal best), club 10 award and my 1.5 stone award got:T:T and my lowest weight in about 5 years :T:T
We went to the gym for an hour before weigh in (last chance workout style for any Biggest Loser fans) so I don't know if that made a difference..

Maman - well done on choosing fairly wisely at Ikea - not the easiest place to eat healthily!
When we go to France we tour around. Not sure where we're going this time the only certain thing is that we're catching the tunnel Friday evening to Calais. We're thinking we might head towards Britanny and do a tour around the coast. We tend to only drive short distances each day so don't go too far into the country and don't want long days of driving to get back to Calais for the return train; although that could all change once we get there and we see what the weather forecast is like for that area:rotfl: and we could end up going in the opposite direction!
This post is getting rather long so I'll post my menu for today in another post later.

3lb loss for me this week. This brings my total to 7lb (in 4 weeks). The trousers I wear to work are starting to feel a bit big, I think I will have to swap to a smaller pair soon. xxxQuidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0

Annoying but focusing on the positives. Not gaining and my legs are toning up and my belly doesn't look as bad.
Hopefully it will start falling off very soon.
Had some Homemade Pizza Toasts last night and some Dr Pepper Zero, so that's the cheat meal out of the way and the bread and the fizzy drinks out of the way for another while again.

Reporting in with the result of this week's weigh in, and I've lost the 1lb I put on last week.We could go for October 31st and have a Halloween theme?
The 31st would be fine for me too - it's a Saturday and my WI day is Friday so that would be 9 weigh ins.
