I think my target must be to use up all the butter beans by Christmas!:rotfl:
Glad your kitchen's coming along tweets. Hope the trades turn up as promised and you're managing with food OK while it's being done.
Thanks lois.My SW group is near Asda so I'll call in there tomorrow. At the offer price, they're 50p a pack cheaper than Sainsbury's. Strangely enough, whenever Sainsbury's have offers on sausages the 1 syn ones are always excluded.:( I want to call into Asda one of my favourite wines is on offer too!:D
Have a great holiday candy. You have to have a gain. It's the law!;)0 -
Marginally less grumpy!
Laptop is on last legs, PC upstairs is well past that stage. Driving me nuts!
Decorator coming tomorrow & Friday to do our bedroom, so lots of BM today moving furniture out.
And I stuck to plan – only 8 syns consumed.
Settled down to listen to the first hypnotherapy track - and the phone rang twice!!!! Gave up. I was just settling into a nice relaxed state too. I will try later. I never have trouble getting to sleep so it should send me off as soon as my head touches the pillow.
Thursday
Breakfast: bacon, egg, tomatoes, fruit
Lunch: beans on hexb toast, yogurt
Dinner: hm crab & cod cakes , selection of salad veg, beetroot
Snacks: fruit, chocolate digestive (4 syns)

Love your target for Christmas:D.
My eyes lit up when you said your favourite wine's on offer in Asda - which one is that? I love a good Merlot myself:D.
Just planning my menu for today but stuck for something for lunch so will have a look for something when I go shopping. I'm a bit fed up with salad at the moment. Actually think I might have a look to see if I've got a veg soup of something in the freezer, that's the sort of weather we're having at the moment!
Dinner tonight will be Beef keema with bombay vegetables - but I'll use home grown chard instead of savoy cabbage in the recipe. Might even go mad and syn a naan bread!
Not expecting a loss this week after a very "Flexi" weekend :rotfl:.
Back after WI & shopping.

Your right BEG, I want to be at target for the start of December. Hopefully I can do it I am determined.
Talking of Sainsburys I got a nice pink V Neck top there yesterday with a pleat down the middle. http://tuclothing.sainsburys.co.uk/tustorefront/?pagetype=product&productcode=128142606-Pink
Rocking it in work today with a nice bit of blusher to match:rotfl: Some days I really go into work looking through I have been dragged through a hedge and other days I'm fancy. There is no middle ground with me! All or nothing! I'd been eyeing the top up for a while and bit the bullet yesterday with the 25 % off. Got a 14 and was scared it wasn't going to fit me but it does with room! (Haven't bought any clothes in ages) In my head I'm bigger than I am. But the style of it and the way it hangs from the bust means it won't get too much bigger.
Gym was done last night 1hr on the treadmill, various paces and inclines etc. :j
I really don't think I'm getting a loss this week but focusing on the positives my fitness is returning to pre sickness levels quickly and my stomach looks less horrific. I've not had bread since last Monday and I've my Diet Coke habit down to one / two a week.
Will just keep going. That Christmas target has really motivated me! And frightened me! Want to feel good in December!!
Feel like my body is just clinging on to it all at the minute. Wondering if a cheat meal would help but then I don't fancy one and don't no if I could bring myself to do it! Typical!
Hopefully one of these weeks I'll get a big loss.
Oh BEG decluttering is going well. Another pair of shoes found their way to the bin last night. Trying to do a wee bit each night and have bags to take to the charity shop on Saturday.0 -

We usually do them over 2 months, that way it gives a nice mini target for people to focus on.
So this next one will run 31st Aug to either the 25th Oct/1st Nov. Can't decide...I think my target must be to use up all the butter beans by Christmas!:rotfl:I really don't think I'm getting a loss this week but focusing on the positives my fitness is returning to pre sickness levels quickly and my stomach looks less horrific. Giving up Coke and bread is a feat in itself! :T:T
I'm currently sat here deciding if it's too early to open a can :rotfl:
Enjoy your holiday candyapple :T
I had a sneaky weigh in this morning, all looks well considering the binge I had at the start of my week. I'm hoping for a small gain or a sts if i'm lucky.
I am annoyed at myself though as when I checked my book to see how much I weighed last week I noticed that i'm only 0.5lb off my 1.5 stone and Club 10if only i'd have tried harder this week I could be celebrating tonight!!
Have a brilliant day everyone.. xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

oooh I love the top lantanna. I am trying to wait until more autumny/wintery clothes become available as there is a bit of a need for these in the 'new me size' in my wardrobe. I don't really use an awful lot of clothes as I do not go to work now and have a very limited social life (aw please get the violins out for me :rotfl:). Will mainly be SMs, Primarni (novelty shopping here to find things that fit) and any sales. Woo Hoo for the decluttering :T:T:T
Lunch today has been another two bowls of hm bacon broth and some fruit. Tea is Hairy Bikers Beef with veggies as DS is staying for tea and then later at the meeting where corned beef pie and other naughties will be present

Well WI went much better than expected! I really didn't think I'd do any better than a STS but was really expecting a gain but somehow or other I actually lost 1lb! Absolutely gobsmacked after the very heavy drinking at the beer, cider & wine festival at the weekend; and not reining it in as much as I could have during the week but I've had one of those weeks where I've felt hungry all the time.
Finally sorted plan for today, another EE day:
B - strawberries & grapes - after WI
L - lentil & veg soup; HEB bread
D - beef keema & bombay vegetables - recipe from the Family Feasts book.
HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day.
Syns - 2 for butter; nothing else planned at the moment but may have something this evening if peckish otherwise will save for the weekend wine
