I have checked them out online to see what the packaging looks like and they are not going to escape me this week. I must track them down. They get some really good reviews. I might actually ask at Customers Services to see if they could find out whether or not they stock them. The hm ones we had on Monday were very nice (cheese triangle in the middle) but the frozen ones would be convenient and a good standby.

Just counted the number of weeks to Christmas lantanna and I have 18 wi's till the Monday before Christmas. So, in theory, at 1lb/week loss I could be under 12st for Christmas.

Should be in the cabinets above the frozen chicken. I'm going to take the empty box to WI tomorrow to recommend them. Hope consultant doesn't mind as perhaps they're meant to be promoting SW burgers from Iceland.

I had no idea they did clothes in Morrisons but we don't have one very near.

So 18 WIs to Christmas and as lantanna has 18lbs to lose she should be absolutely fine. I do hope you get to see the figures you want too. I just have a constant aim to be at the bottom of target range;).

Today hasn't been too bad considering a member of staff bought in a whole pile of cream cakes

Breakfast - muesli (he), skyr 1/2syn, nectarine
Lunch - salad with turkey burger, a chocolate eclair :o (7.5 syns)

    Hi everyone

Checking in with my WI which was a gain of 0.5lb which I'm quite surprised at, was expecting a much bigger gain. Well done jps for SOTW :T and congrats losers.

I'm all virused up at the moment so not able to exercise very much. I've been stress eating as well - I had a lump removed from my leg yesterday and I'd been absolutely dreading the 'op' all week but in the end it went fine and I've felt no pain from it since, all that worry for nothing :D Just hoping now that it turns out to be nothing nasty!

This was my last WI for this challenge as I'm away on my hols on Monday for 2 weeks. Am expecting a monster gain while I'm away but will stick to plan as much as I can. I've only just managed to fit into my holiday clothes that were too small for me last year so I don't want to blow it and come back 2 sizes bigger!

Take care of yourself candyapple and enjoy your hollibobs. We will save you a seat on the SW bus for when you get back ;):D Hope you get good results too.

Oh they were the ones I saw earlier online maman. Our consultant doesn't mind at all if we bring packaging and wrappers in from various products - in fact she encourages it. And ... she doesn't actively promote the SW ready meals (phew for that :D)

I think lantanna was hoping to get to her weight for the beginning of Dec so her schedule is slightly tighter than 1lb/week - but she will do it, especially with all these visits to the gym. :D

My new 34 bra is starting to 'feel a bit snug' tonight so I think it is time to get the jimjams on :rotfl:

It was a good job our local bakery has started to close on a Wednesday as I could have just snaffled a cream cake this afternoon :o. Hopefully it will have past by tomorrow. :D

Thanks for that. I bought a whole ring with the intention of freezing most of it after making the sausage casserole. I'm going to allow about 3 syns per 25g. Does that sound OK?

Decided to make casserole after all. DH won't be back for a while so I've plenty of time. And it uses up another tine of butter beans!:rotfl:

    3 syns for 25g is right - it's 11.5 for 100g.

How long's it going to take to use up all those tins of butterbeans:rotfl:.

beg - my local Morries only does kids clothes. Will have to check out the bigger one in the next town when I go down that way next week.

Shala moo I will wait till the next one starts then how long do the challenged last?

Scary thinking about Christmas already but knowing how many weigh ins are left I am going to think of a realistic weight loss for Christmas.

Had an amazing tea tonight I cooked the bbq pulled pork off the slimming world website it is something that you need to plan to make as we put in the slow cooker this morning and took all day to make but well worth the effort and have some left so going to make pulled pork pasta for tea tomorrow :-)

Hope everyone has a good day tomorrow
