Well done Denise - it's great to get one of those nice sorts of surprises rather than one of the other  type
Really need to get a wriggle on to get out and do a few messages that need sorting this afternoon. Just really cba :rotfl:
b_e_gSPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0 -
My eyes lit up when you said your favourite wine's on offer in Asda - which one is that? I love a good Merlot myself:D.
I like a Merlot or Shiraz for quaffing but in the summer (well I'm pretending:() I like a chilled white. I bought Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc, It's a NZ one which IMO is much better than the Chilean or South African. So this next one will run 31st Aug to either the 25th Oct/1st Nov. Can't decide...
We could go for October 31st and have a Halloween theme?blue_eyed_girl wrote: »Well done Denise - it's great to get one of those nice sorts of surprises rather than one of the other  type
Fortunately, I had one too. I lost 1.5lbs which takes me under target. Pleased with that as although it's over a couple of weeks, it was only this time last week that I was stuffing my face in lantanna's caff in Camden!:rotfl:
I have a top very similar to that lantanna. I bought it at the beginning of the summer full of hope but never been warm enough to wear it. The only baking weather was when I was away. Yours is a lovely colour, bet you look fab in it.
We have a painter coming in to do the sitting room this weekend. Old sofas have been sent to the tip and we're off to order new ones. As we've got football later, DH as suggested we have something to eat out in the city beforehand. And we're out for lunch with friends tomorrow. So the cycle of going off plan and reining in begins again!:rotfl:
We had a tasting session this morning (not that I was aware) and someone made some yummy, free onion bhajis. Not what you'd normally eat first thing in the morning but they were delicious. Consultant also warned that spice mixes (as opposed to straight spices) have syns in them.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boild eggs, HEB toast
L: ham, fried tinned potato, tomato, pepper, spring onion, beetrootTBC;)

The Villa Maria Sauv Blanc is one of my favourite wines. Alongside Oyster Bay Sauv Blanc.
Cheers re the top. I've a black cardi over it to make it more weather appropriate!0 -

If it makes any difference, I'd prefer 1st November as that's the day I'll be heading off to Spain - it's 72 days away, not that I'm counting! :rotfl:

Not a white wine drinker these days, although in really warm weather I like a nice rose but not drunk much of that this year!
Getting very low on Merlot now - can't wait to get back to France to top up again. Only just over a week until we go for 3 1/2 weeks! Then about 10 weeks later back again for another 3 1/2 weeks (which actually takes us into the New Year!)

Shala lost 1lb please :j:j:j0

My problem with white is that I drink it too quickly and a bottle can be gone in an hour. Whereas with Red I can sit over it longer.
I drink neither of them now these days unless a very special occasion so it doesn't matter lol
I used to be a white in the spring / summer and red in the winter girl. Your lucky you two ladies that you can get away with it! :T0 -
2lb loss for me
Weigh in today, I'm pleased it's a loss but a bit confused really, I had a sneaky peak on the scales last Friday and it's stayed the same all week despite following plan, still a loss though.
Breakfast - bacon, egg and tomatoes
Lunch- Turkey bolognase left overs with loads of veg
Dinner - slimming world chicken curry with rice
Maybe a curly wurly later or even a slice of toast as I've not had any he's today.0 -
