TIE
500ml of Koko is 6 syns or HEB
400ml of unsweetened soya milk is 6 syns or HEB
Although some of the "named" versions have different syn value, eg Lidl unsweetened soya milk is 350ml for HEB.

Lantanne they are indeed my favourite things too and although I regretted it I have to say they were very much enjoyed:D
Congratulations to all the losers and hugs to those struggling. beg I'm sorry you didn't get to see the 12's but I'm sure they'll be waiting for you next week.
Today has been a good day for me, I feel far more 'in the zone'
Breakfast - skyr with dorset cereals muesli and 2 nectarines (1syn, 1 he)
Lunch - beef and salad with a mug shot as I really felt the need for something warm
Dinner - stirfry of courgette, onions, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, celery with a few new potatoes and chicken in smoked paprika.
The evening is definitely the worst time for me, I knit quite a lot which keeps my hands busy which is helpful . I've also bought some curly wurlys for the freezer so I can have an evening treat when the cravings hit
I meant to ask how do you rate actifry is it worth getting one? It would be great to hear what you think.0 -
I love butternut squash in a curry. I usually do one with red lentils as well. Once you add onions, garlic, tomatoes etc along with curry paste (I always make my own) it makes loads. I usually get about 8-10 portions from one medium sized squash so makes a really cheap meal. Even cheaper if I grown my own, which I didn't this year.
You've made me think I ought to get a butternut squash and make another curry, although not sure I've seen any recently; but obviously some around if you're all eating it.

Aldi have masses of BNS, just bought another as had one already.
Have made a massive BNS, sweet potato and chickpea curry. Might have to blitz the rest for soup there's so much. Only me eating it too lol.
Just need the syns for the koko milk, not expecting it to be high (fingers crossed).
Also bought loads of packs of beetroot in natural juice, 29p bargain. Then remembered I'd frozen a load of fresh beetroot that I'd roastedIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

BEG - Sainsburys had little mini ones of those colouring books the last time I was in. Enjoy the trying on!
Oh I missed those mini books lantanna. I had quite a good try on session which resulted in a bit of a NSV - one pair of grey dress trousers and one pair of mustard coloured jeggings both in a size 16 :j:j:j
Still chucking it down here and the heating is still full on.
