Had been feeling/looking a bit bloated the last few days.Thought I must have had a gain,so lovely to discover a 1 lb loss !!
Well done Saver-upper :TBEG - I was thinking of getting one of those colouring books, I've promised it to myself when I get the house in a better state:)
I love mine lantanna. I think it was £3-£4 from The Works and is really good quality. They had several different themes. My friend has asked me to get her one next time we are near The Works. I think when she first heard that I had one, she thought that I had finally lost my marbles. :rotfl: She is also a SWer and I said it could help her with the evening munchiesBit gutted but at least its a loss 1lb off for me!This is after 2 weeks of saintly eating. even my leader agrees and is stumped. What to do? Hope everyone else is more positive. Will catch up properly later today x
It's 1lb in the right direction spuddysue. Hopefully your hard work will be rewarded very soon.
It's chucking it down here today and its so cold (got heating on). Had large ham salad for lunch today followed by plum, nectarine and a few strawberries. Was going to have strawberries with sweetened f/f yoghurt but the temp in fridge must have been caught and the strawbs were frozen  Might mix them with some sweetened yoghurt later to make a bit of a fool thing I think as they will probably go a bit mushy.
Popping out now to check out the clothing in the 25% TU clothing sale (have a look and try on) and then will take DS later in the week together with his staff discount card and snaffle an extra 10% off. He won't have patience to stand outside the changing room that's for sure.
Have also got to visit B&Q as DH needs some diy stuff.
Must check the calendar - it must be November already :rotfl:

Boo just realised have I only two more weigh ins left before the end of the challenge? End of August? This may start to drop off me soon or I'll be raging! We'll be on the Christmas countdown soon and I need wiggle room for that.0

Been out with a friend this morning. She had an enormous cupcake.....and I didn't!:D They were cooking roasted vegetable soup while we were in the coffee shop, it smelled delicious. I must look for a recipe.
