Thank you very much Maman; that is actually very helpful
Does the list of HEA's and B's on the first page include the changes in fruit and veg with the new plan? (from memory there were a few changes and added allowances)

Welcome to the thread0 -
I put in the full 500g pack when I did it, was glad I did as I don't think there would have been enough sauce otherwise - unusual for SW recipes!
Denise
Yes, very unusual which is why I wanted to check if 500mls would be OK. Thank You.:)Thank you very much Maman; that is actually very helpful

I'm sorry but if it's this list. It won't open for me. If you can quote the post you mean then I'll let you know.:)
Brilliant NSV for me today. I've been reading the Marie Kondo book and having a major sort through. I found the dress I was wearing the night I met my DH: 38 years ago last Thursday (we met and married on the same date). And it fits!! Just a bit tight on the bust but that's because I was lucky enough to increase my cup size when I put on weight but keep it when I got to target (36B to 38D to 34D). Very happy about that!:D0 -

Wow maman that's great, you must feel amazing :T
Welcome Laura
I hope the weigh in is ok tonight b_e_g_
I could do with a massive kick up the backside. I don't know why I always seem to sabotage myself a few weeks in but I have.
Yesterday involved McD's, gin and ice cream with chocolate peanut sauce
Today I've managed to get back on track but I'm starving and I don't really know why as I've eaten plenty, I think4 weeks in the novelty has worn off and I'm really craving the old rubbish that I used to eat. Think chocolate, chocolate, chocolate
I have around 8 stone to lose. I know many of you have achieved or are well on the way to achieving this but from where I am at the moment it seems soooooo far away.
Anyway I've had
Breakfast - SW pancakes with Skyr, raspberries and honey (oats he, syns 2)
Lunch - beef with courgetti, black pepper and lemon
Dinner - Turkey bolognase with loads of veg and Parmesan (he) no pasta
Snack - curly wurly (6 syns)
Eta I've done my first proper body magic, my sons persuaded me to get my new (but not yet ridden) bike out of the garage. We went about 5k although I walked the majority as the handlebars hadn't been properly adjusted and were not aligned with the wheel:rotfl:0 -
Evening all.
Well, it’s unusual for me to be happy with a gain, but it’s +2lbs for me, shala. I really thought it would be much worse. It’s encouraged me to really knuckle down again.
Lunch today was a delicious Caesar salad. Aaagh! As I wrote that I realise I forgot about the Parmesan and had scrambled eggs and tomatoes with my hexa cheese at tea time (turned out I didn’t have any Mug Shots in the house after all), That means I had syns in the parmesan and the dressing and in a wee bit of shortbread the size of a 10p at lunch time. For tea I had the aforementioned scrambled eggs etc, plus a WW apricot yogurt, a kiwi, a slice of toast and a little hm jam. Plus 1 syn for maple syrup at breakfast. I am soooo disappointed now, having thought I was doing quite well. Well no choc digestive later then; I’ll have strawberries and grapes.
Tuesday
Breakfast: WW peach yogurt, fruit to be decided
Lunch: hm leek & potato soup
Dinner: sausages (syns dependent on variety), mash, beans, fried onions
Snacks: 25g wine gums at football (4 syns), hexa milk & choc digestive (4 syns)
shala, the pizza was delicious!
Hello, JoJoB and lauraliz85. Everyone will budge up and make room for you,
Hope your tummy settled quickly, maman. I like to dry and cool my chips too – took me a while to learn that lesson. That is brilliant about your dress.
Greenbeanie, I know people say taking the dog for a walk is good BM, but I’ve never heard of anyone taking a bike for a walk. Do you use one of those extendable leads? To quote meg, “I’ll get my coat.”
Well that’s enough nonsense from me. See you all sometime tomorrow.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

i didn't use a lead but I will next time as it had rubbish recall and kept going off in the wrong direction0 -
Thanks. Yes the taste was fine but ended up more with slices of pork with sauce over rather than shredded.
Is this the recipe you use?
http://group.slimmingworld.com/recipes/bbq-pulled-pork.aspx
I use this recipe because I don't like cooking the pork in the sauce as I find the sauce a bit manky after :rotfl: I'd stick with Denise's recipe if you like it in the sauce.
I actually used pork steaks the other day though cooked in a bbq sauce in the slow cooker, added peppers and onions too. It was lovely  made the remainder into a BBQ pork lasagne which we had tonight.
I'm the same. SW chips definitely work better when dried and cooled first.Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

That's a brilliant result with the dress maman :T Your bra size made me chuckle - my latest new bra size is the same number as yours and I think of you as a lovely slim person - shame the letter on mine is Huge :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Greenbeanie1 wrote: »

Thanks Greenbeanie - it was ok at wi and I'm reporting in with a loss of 1lb this week and sadly the number 12 was not present at wi - I was 13st exactly. Oh well see if I can find a number 12 next week
Sorry to hear that you are struggling a bit Greenbeanie. Do you find a particular time of the day when you struggle - I have to be careful mid-evening time. So to give myself a bit of leeway, I try to keep most of my syns and possibly healthy extras for night time. I also try to keep busy - danger zone for me just watching tv. So I usually catch up with things on the laptop (mse), I have one of the adult colouring books (not as dodgy as it may sound I promise you all) or I may do some cross stitch - anything to keep the hands occupied and stopping them from putting food into my mouth. Don't think of how far the end of the journey is away from you - break it up into smaller little trips rather that a non-stop around the world trip. As for chocolate - I don't think there is a day goes by when I don't have some of the stuff. I try to have a small amount each day and it has to be proper chocolate - choc highlights and the like just don't work for me.
Well done with the Body Magic bike rides/walks - it's all good.
That's the Pulled Pork recipe we use shala - highly recommended.
Have a good week everyone.
