Hello, spuddysue. Good luck to you and OH.
b_e_g, I’m peeved that I can’t even try Win 10. BTW, I didn’t know there was an ad!
I love, bake off! But I just want to make everything so I can eat it!!!!!! Even things I don’t like, like Black Forest gateau!
4 grapefruit for a snack is overdoing it a bit, lantanna, even if they are speed food! I’m worn out just watching that wee icon on the treadmill! Enjoy your new niece.
Happy new kitchen, tweets.
I’m another butter bean fan!
Hope you get your tummy issues sorted out soon, TIE.
Can I get a medal , please, shala?– “I went to Italy and had pizza just once!”
Teallach, you’ve put the fear of God in me, for my WI tomorrow!
Well done for getting SOTW, joee.
What a scare, wiz! Hope you’re well recovered now. I’m another grateful recipient of our NHS service. I got treatment quickly and with great kindness and sympathy. I’m so sorry your experiences have been so horrible, lantanna.
Hope you had a great time in London, celebrating your anniversary, maman. I already want another joliday, but I’m afraid I’d have to win the lottery! Trouble is I never buy a ticket.
Mrs_R, you’ve shown the determination and courage to win the campaign before; you’ve had a rough time recently and needed to step back and let your body to charge and heal; it’s only now that that’s under control that you are ready to get back into the fray – you know how to win and you will!
Gosh, I’ve only reached the end of p206!!!
Not done any shopping yet. Shared a take away curry with OH last night (and naan bread, shhh!). This morning I had porridge and at lunch time I had a couple of wholemeal rolls with some roast beef and the last of the butter. DD has invited us to a BBQ at her house tonight so I will be naughty, no doubt. I’ll do some shopping on way home, with a view to getting back in the swing. BUT I’m going out for lunch with a friend tomorrow. The children go back to school on Tuesday and we will be back in the old routine.
If I’ve got time, I’ll catch up some more later.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Hi green tiger, thanks for the good wishes....but I am lost as to what they are for lol. This is such a fast moving forum that I lose touch /forget really quickly.
Tweets... isn't odd how much of a difference we can all see for similar weights/heights etc.
Well I am going to have a go at posting todays menu, as long as you all don't mind it being a little hit 'n' miss consistency wise.
Breakfast (13.30 due to aforementioned on call issue)
bacon, egg, beans 2x wholemeal toast, mushrooms
Snack
S/F jelly
Dinner
Corned beef hash and gravy (too too tired for roast dinner)

Tomorrow is WI and after a 1st week STS I am hoping for a more positive outcome. I will let you all know. Fingers crossed for all of you for your WI this week.0 -
Hi all. Just checking in to apologise for missing the weigh in on Monday. Had a lovely time in London and missed the scales on the 10th. Had been hoping to get back on track this week but it's been a disaster. My great gran passed away so diet and healthy eating has gone out of the window and have done nothing but eat pretty much everything in sight. Am very disappointed in myself.
Am going to try and get my head back in the game and knuckle down for the week ahead but more challenges ahead as dinners are going to be more synful than I would like. Am going to try to be extra good with breakfasts and lunches and get back to the gym.0 -

B-e-g - corned beef pie, that must be a northern thing, I have an Auntie up north who makes it and it's absolutely gorgeous with a bit of peasepudding.
Never heard of it down south.
Oh yes its definitely a northern thing Lois.We usually have our pease pudd with ham - bought from butchers haven't actually made our own. My DS works on deli counter in one of the large SMs and they were removing the pease pudd from their lines and the customers were in an uproar over it. :rotfl::rotfl:
Thanks Lois, but I am one of those rarified creatures who is not on FB. I rely on you bunch of lovelies:)
According to our DS - me and his dad are the only ones in the world that aren't on FB. Now I can I tell him he is wrong spuddysueHi all. Think I may have scuppered my chances of seeing a 12 on the scales at tomorrow's wi - whoops
. Our good friend came around for dinner tonight (totally unplanned for) - in the main it was quite SW friendly (apart from the pork crackling ) and 2 bottles of white were consumed between 3 of us.
I haven't been enjoying wine that much but when I first tasted it tonight - it seemed quite pleasant and the rest is history so they say. Oh well these things happen.
Just for the record I am hovering around 13st, 5'7" and mainly a comfy size 18 - people do say that I don't look that big though - charming :rotfl::rotfl:
Hope we all have a good week.

TARA B -Sorry to here about your great gran. It so hard to stay on track when something major happens in your life sometimes its hard to think about what we eating just get back on track when you are good and ready.
My plan for tea was Homemade chicken kiev however when I saw how small one of the chicken breast was that I got out of the freezer that changed, and I made chicken korma off the slimming world website very nice however more like a curry then a korma.
