    Hi guys,

I kind of abandoned ship for a while - lots of stuff happening in life that meant I couldn't even think about plan - BAAAAD move.

Now unfortunately at the heaviest I have ever been :( and medication which I'm now on is not helping that at all...

Initially plan was to be at least a size smaller for the brothers wedding next month, but that realistically isn't going to happen.... sooo.... NEW PLAN!

    1) to be a full dress size smaller for Christmas
    2) to be 2/2.5 sizes smaller by June 2016
    3) (wishful) to be at goal by June 2016

Goal... ideally a size 10-12 by June 2016.... in reality I need to lose 4ish stone for that to happen... plausible, but in truth... as long as I can get into the size; I don't care what the scale says.

So.... currently clearing out the freezer at the minute, and; come payday in just over a week... plan will start with a bang. I will do this!!!!!
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

That was a good loss shala:T.Do your very best to rein back from too many syns.

Good to see you again fluff. So pleased you've not given up. 4 stone in almost a year is very doable. I lost 3.5 stone in 10 months to get to target and that only averaged about 1.5 a week. You can do it!! It's always hard having to clear what you already have in. Normally I wouldn't suggest cooking searate meals but is there anyone else who could eat the naughty stuff so you can get started ASAP?

    Cheers Maman :)

I'm rather annoyed that I've let myself get to this stage to be honest... but the kick up the butt I need is that I am going to visit a friend in Canada next summer; and I'll be damned if I stay the size I am now (5'9 and size 15)

Unfortunately I live alone, so in terms of naughty cupboard stuff; I can bin that. Freezer/storecupboard stuff isn't THAT bad, but I'm limited in what I have for the next week and a bit until pay day... so I have to be creative with what I have already (also planning to try and wipe out my c.card debt by November - given that I need to put flights on it and also sort Christmas between now and then)

Last time I was ALMOST at my first target (3lb off it).... if I could get to the same weight, I would be happy..... clinically, I'd be at the top edge of 'healthy' but I was a size 12 and was happy. Granted, I'd like to push a little past that and maybe be 1/2 stone under it, which would mean more towards 4.5st/5st, but lets be realistic....
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
