Had a great day out with DH yesterday. I thought of you all as when weather turned at lunchtime we were forced into a caf! at Camden Market called Lantana!!:rotfl:All food (and wine) was off plan so line drawn and get back to it today.
:T to all losers that I've missed, scanning back seems there are lost including some amazing ones.charlie-chan wrote: »Hello all,
My SP menu plan for today is:
Breakfast: 2 x Alpen Cherry Bakewell Bars (HEB)
Lunch: 300g Aldi Tomato and Basil Soup (HEB) with one slice of wholemeal bread (2.5 syns) plus extra veg to make up for lack of speed food at breakfast
Dinner: Burger in a bowl with swede chips and lettuce
snacks: Apple, Salt & Vinegar Hula Hoop Puft (3.5 syns), Side salad (consisting of lettuce, ham, pastrami, Laughing Cow Extra Light (1 syn) and 1 level tbsp of balsamic vinaigrette (1/2 syn))
Dessert - 0% fat free quark/greek yoghurt with Options Salted Caramel sachet (2 syns)
If I can stay good syn wise when I get home, I can have a glass of wine
You don't seem to mention a HEA? Couldn't your Laughing Cow be part of that?
spuddysue, I wouldn't rely on your consultant to give you much feedback on the food diary. I'm probably biased from personal experience but although some are great at texting others just give a few comments (if any) a week late by which time a lot of damage could have been done. It really would help if you could post your menus regularly on here as you'd get almost instant feedback. Obviously I'm going to say that the lack of one third veg is an issue:o. Is it just that you don't like any of them? Although you do seem to be OK with salads so have as much of that as you can. You might be better off doing Green as then veg isn't so crucial. wiz, does that successfully and you can still have a small amount of meat/fish by counting it as a HEB.
Not sure what's happening today with my menu. Had SW breakfast (beans on toast), not hungry at the moment and dinner will depend when/if I get out do food shop. My car is due back from garage and courtesy Noddy car (Fiat 500) can go back. If no shopping gets done that it'll be 1 syn burger with chips, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and SW chips. Might have that anyway.0 -

I think what it doesn't do is print an e with an accent. If you just call it a caff then you'll be fine.
Were those the Lidl cornichons? They're yummy, really nutty flavour. Yum!Yum!
You're making some delicious meals lately. A pity you're across the water or I'd be round like a shot!:)056dillonl1381 wrote: »Just cooking my tea off to see a comedian tonight.

Do you add caraway seeds? It looks really tasty and a good syn free alternative to corned beef hash and you can pick up those tins of ham and tinned potatoes quite cheaply. So very mse.
Good idea to give the M&Ms a miss:T.
I got my car back and so I've done my meal plan and food shop. Decided I would have burger tonight so just one syn eaten (but more will be drunk being Friday) today. I skipped lunch so now I'm starving so I'm off to have my tea.0 -
