Minus 1lb please for me Shala

Urgh, so last night the parents were having a domestic and I was getting lots of phone calls and texts from both. Neither seem to understand that I may be 36 but I still don't want to hear about it and it still upsets me.

So I was annoyed and was about to bounce up to Lidl for a bottle of red and a bar of my favourite dark choc when I thought no the only person I will be hurting is myself. I'll regret it and will end up hungover and eating off plan all day today.

So I had an options hot choc and a packet of 4 syn crisps and was very pleased with myself!:D

Tonight however is gin night and its Friday so it doesn't count and is allowed. :rotfl:

Whats the update with the Man Meg? I totally get you on not taking on a dog, I'm the same. I'm not in a position to care for one properly right now as much as I would love one.

Thanks Lantanna. Not something which would bother me as not keen on anything in batter - I know I'm a bit weird, LOL! Don't like much stuff choc flavoured either including Options, Hi lights etc!

I do love onions finely chopped and slow fried so they are really soft and yummy.

Well done on the NSV and not giving in to the red wine and chocolate.

Welcome to the newbies. Good luck on your journey. Feel free to posts your menu plans and there's always someone around to pick up if you have made any glaring errors.

Fancied some cider last night so had a couple of cans so already over syns this week! We were supposed to be going to a Beer & Cider Festival over the weekend but don't know if we're going now as the field where we would be staying is at the bottom of a hill so after the torrential rain yesterday is likely to be very boggy and don't want to get the motorhome stuck. So my go somewhere else where we can get a hard standing but not sure where yet.

Today will be an EE day:

    B - egg, mushrooms, & beans
L - sort of pizza made on Thins - each half topped with sliced tomato, mushrooms, spring onions, peppers and a sprinkle of cheese over (25g in total) HEB + 4 syns
D - chicken taco with hot salsa & cheats sour cream (recipe from an old SW mag - Oct 13) 3.5 syns for 2 tacos (would have been 3 if I'd make my own salsa but have some in the fridge to use up but it's only 0.5 syns for 2 Tbs.)

    HEA - milk
    HEB - Warburton WM Thin
Syns - as above; weekend wine:D

lunch: prawn cocktail (1 syns for mayo) on JP with salad
dinner: sticky chicken, aloo gobi and vegetable pakora (all new Sw recipes so see how that goes)
snacks: nectarine, cherries, finn thins and Low low cheese

No drinks tonight as off to the hairdressers early tomorrow morning.

Only dog lovers would know what a wobble dance is ;)

Is that when they wag their tail so much it wags their whole body?

I'd love to have a dog, but it wouldn't work with our lifestyle, it wouldn't be fair on the dog. We are thinking about fostering though - we could do it from April to July and September and October, but no way in the high season!

    Hi all :)

Reporting in with a gain of 1lb this week. I'm not surprised really, more surprised to have got away with it this long. I reined myself in a couple of days ago and I'm determined to have a good loss next week.

Welcome to the new people, and good luck to everybody.

    Have a good day.
