Back from WI with a gain of 1.5lb - seems the last couple of weeks when I lost and didn't think I would have finally caught up with me! Don't think having the aromatic duck & pancakes with plum sauce helped last night, LOL!
I'm currently bang on target but would really like to lose 3lb to get to bottom end by the bank holiday weekend before I go on holiday, but we shall see.
B - taster morning. Didn't have a lot but found out after I'd eaten a Rocky Road type cake that it was about 5 syns!!!! glad I only ate the one. Everything else I had was Free or very low syn - I made SW chocolate brownies which went down well. Cut them into very small bite sized pieces and they worked out at 3 for just under 1/2 syn
L - egg mayo sandwich (mayo previously synned); piece of fruit roulade
D - HM prawn and veg red thai curry with rice (which should really have been last night's dinner - maybe I wouldn't have had such a big gain if it had worked out like that!)
Syns - counting 6 for taster morning; 2 for butter

2lb off this week - I had three meals out, including a KFC Med Bites meal (please dont tell me the syns) Got my 1.5st cert.
1lb shy of Club 10.

Guess that's what the target range is for Denise to keep you right and too far from straying away completely. I can't wait to get there, hopefully be sometime this year:rotfl:. Good to know you can have your treats and manage to stay there.
I feel like its Thursday and only now I am getting myself together this week  food and life wise! Just in time for the weekend. Going to try and not veer too far off this weekend. There will be weekend gin (it generally just features every weekend unless something is seriously wrong):rotfl: , a dinner out on Saturday and the cinema. Will have dinner before the cinema and I'll not be having anything in the cinema snack wise.
Have it in my head I'm getting Steak with Veg and maybe boiled rice / baked spud and pepper sauce. Don't think that will be too bad. Gotta try and resist the damn chips!:rotfl: and the onion rings or tobacco onions. But I'm doing this so I will. Fed up of the non movement of the scales.
Off to the gym again tonight, can't wait to get out of here and get it done. Have downloaded new tunes for motivation. Last night Bake off was on whilst I was in it so it worked out quite well:rotfl:
Dinner is planned for after the gym, baked sweet potato topped with salsa, cottage cheese and spring onions. Roast chicken breast with a spinach, rocket and cucumber salad (lots of the green stuff). Looking forward to sitting down to this! I have a strange addiction to all 3 of those green items right now.
Was looking for some inspiration and I see someone on instagram has made little pizzas from flat cap mushrooms using them as the base. Might try this sometime soon.
In other totally non relevant news I have now placed a plastic bag beside by bed to dump my books into when I have finished them. Then they might actually stand a chance of being taken to the charity shop! There is one book in it already
At the stage I cannot stand all this clutter in my flat but not really got the time or energy to tackle it with gusto just yet so I am looking a small things I can do to help :rotfl:0 -

Sometimes it just happens it can take your body a while to adjust, don't forget you've really only been doing it for 6 days. A friend of mine gained 2 in her first week and then lost 5 in her 2nd week.
I gained 2 lbs in my third week and was raging, couldn't understand it but went on to lose 6.7 stone.
Just keep going and you will see it next week, I know it is so frustrating and disheartening though.
You could always post your menus on here so that people can have a look and check everything looks ok.0 -
Plus 1lb this week please shala0

Sorry just catching up on posts as I work 12 hr shifts I go days without being able to catch up.
Shala, I am off to Lanzarote, my fav place to be!! I can't be ar5ing about with STS!!
Lantanna, WOW on your weight loss. I am not giving up , I gave in my diary thing and haven't heard anything back. Would the leader text me if it was all to co*k ? I'm not sure how that works. But I was sooo good. never mind this week we shall see...failing that maybe I could find a colonic on a certain discount site0 -
No need for a colonic just yet :rotfl: Yes she should text you more than likely if there is something majorily wrong with it. Just go off on holiday, have a good time and put it out of your head until you come home.0

Sorry Lantanna but no no no no noooo, if I don't sort it before I go (just under 5 weeks I think) I will come back heading for 13st. I am committed. I think I might drop her a text and see what she has to say. I will try where I can to put my meals on here but because of my hours I don't think it will be consistent. Thanks for the encouragement though. This forum is so helpful, especially when I can go through old posts for tips too.0
