Was a bit down this morning as had strange message from the Man looks like he is not ready to meet my family and wont be at my party. Read your post and thought YAY best way to beat Man blues is to book another. lol at my age cant afford to wait for one that seems to be getting cold feet, anyway will see what happens tomorrow but have told him not to have too much to drink because he will be driving home. I don't do Friends with benefits.

Meg!!! I could have jumped up and kissed you when I read that!! What an amazing attitude! Damn right you tell him!!

Honestly men!!! Your too good a lady to be just friends with benefits and if he can't see that tell him to sling his hook.

    Hi Mrs R,

Could to see you back! I know exactly what you have been through. I was diagnosed with Gallstones in Feb, mine was chronic and had been there for a long time before it reached a head, had the op middle of June - that was urgent here! I've not gained anything since I've had the op but I've not really lost anything either.

I gained weight in the months preceeding the op as I was unable to exercise and just eating what I could manage.

So you'll see from my signature I have weight to get off as well

    Good to have you back

    Don't disappear off again :rotfl:

as I slipped out of target range and couldn't pay but I got a PIP back payment so I'm buying a 12 week countdown tonight. I need to lose 1.5 stone to get back to my lowest and I'm determined to!!!

    Wish me luck people x

That's the spirit!! Great to see you MrsR and the very best of luck!! Sorry to hear you've been poorly too but good news about the PIP payment. How's your team doing?

 to him meg, although I suppose if that's the way he's feeling it's better that he doesn't ruin your party by being awkward. Have you planned an outfit for Saturday? I'd make sure you look a million dollars and do it just for you and your family.

Will be having my dinner latish tonight as DH is busy so I've put a bowl of berries to defrost in case I get hungry beforehand. Noticed there are cherries in there. Not all Speed! OMG!!

    Afternoon all :)

Sorry for the lack of posts, I've been losing my focus a bit lately as well as being busier than normal, but I'm determined not to give up.

Thanks for the chart as always Shala - I actually managed to see it this week, unlike last week! And well done Joee for SOTW - great result, I'd love to lose that much in one week instead of it taking months.

Have a lovely evening everyone, it's beautiful here but the forecast isn't so great for the next few days.

Hi everyone, I am sorry you didn't have a better time with the NHS I think I was very lucky. In 2008 when I had the operation I had test a diagnosis and it was all done and dusted within two months from start to finish, but then there was a different Government in power. There isn't much with any of them but I do know who I was better off with.

Now after all that, here is my Thursday menu plan and I must say I haven't eaten very well today, so you will all have to forgive me. I still have this pain although it's not as bad as it was and I feel sickly.

Breakfast. Overnight oats a/b with frozen Summer fruits.

Lunch. Spaghetti hoops on toast B melon chunks , clementine

Dinner.. Heinz 5 beans s/w wedges, tomato, pickled cauliflower Apple

    Supper & Snacks 2 ryvita,3 syns Orange 2 s/f digestive. 3 syns

    A milk A milk B. Oats B toast
    6 syns
Water, NAS Vimto hot lemon water.

Well hello again all. Long time no speak. I can't remember what I said last time but I've been off plan for a long time. I had surgery to remove my gallbladder four weeks ago and since then I've gained so much weight, I'm utterly disgusted with myself. I'm now back in a size 20 :( I found a pair of my size 16 skinny jeans when I went to mum's last week and looked longingly at them. So tonight I'm biting the bullet and going back to group. I stopped going as I slipped out of target range and couldn't pay but I got a PIP back payment so I'm buying a 12 week countdown tonight. I need to lose 1.5 stone to get back to my lowest and I'm determined to!!!
Had a really tough time. 6 weeks ago I got rushed into hospital with a sky high temp and tummy pains after my doctor told me I had trapped wind  was kept in two nights on IV antibiotics and had scans etc- discovered gallstones and had my gallbladder out two weeks later.
I want my lovely clothes back- I burst into tears in Hollister last week as nothing fitted but I'm determined to get back into it!!!
    Wish me luck people x

    (((X))) Mrs_Ryan

Sending good luck vibes hope you soon lose the weight :)
