That butter bean recipe looks interesting. Is it like a speed soup when it's finished. Hot? Cold?

Hi maman. It wasn't soup-ish,more casserole-y,but not watery. It would be served hot,and was still warm by the time we started testing.Very nice.

Shala - thanks for the feedback re the SW burgers. Not sure when we'll have them but they'll be done on the barbie not indoors (was suggested by my consultant that this is the best way to do them!). Will definitely have them with loads of onions so probably won't be able to taste the burger anyway, LOL!

Definitely the best way to maintain, eh Maman:D. Certainly seems to work for both of us :rotfl:

Was definitely still feeling hungry after my 2 slices of bread topped with egg mayo (decided it would probably be more filling than just stuck between 2 bits of bread:rotfl:, so decided to have another 3 stuffed vine leaves. Do wish DH would take some to work with him so I don't end up having them every day to use them up.

Off to get another cup of coffee to save on milk, LOL as I drink it black.

Need to go clothes shopping in next week or that so that shall be the test. anyhoo i shall keep doing my best.

    Hey everyone.....I'm back from holiday😀
And that's the last smiley face from me for a while seeing as the scales are showing a 1 stone gain.....yes, 1 stone:eek: Took me 10 weeks to lose and two to put on.....I'm totally gutted.
Anyway, back to the diet and get back to target. I'm hoping it won't take so long this time
