    Welcome to the newbies.

Yesterday we went out for lunch. There was no choice as we were late arrivals. I had roast pork (no fat), mashed potato, two small roasties, cabbage and broccoli. I was very good and gave my Yorkshire pud to Mr p and said 'No thank you' to pudding. I reckon around 8 syns. I finished off DGD's broccoli too. No alcohol either. I did have 3 mugs of tea.

I feel as though I have got the hang of SW now.

    Today's meal plan

B; 2 Quorn sausages, 2 HEB slices of bread, 1tbsp tomato ketchup (1syn)
    L; SW soup
D; SW recipe Biryani no syns, broccoli, peas and carrots
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Looks lovely, hope you have a wonderful weekend and hope the sun shines on your Birthday :A

I have decided not to post any WIs until I go back to work to see if I can keep within or around my last recorded weigh ie when I broke up from work. Going by my clothes everything is loose so that's a good start :D. still having the most horrid tummy issues, looking like another trip to the Dr, hoping for a different Dr this time someone who's willing to listen and not just fob me off. Am in a lot of discomfort and totally fed up :(
Tummy is so bloated from all the Meds I've taken today I can't face food :(

Ohhh would be lovely to have you all gatecrash, just bring a brolly and your wellies as according to forecast its going to rain all day, oh well cant have everything I suppose.

So sorry your still having tummy problem hope you do get a more caring Doctor its awful when you just get fobbed off.

Decided I was still a bit hungry after my salad so have had 3 stuffed vine leaves @ 1.5 syns each, which is less than I thought they'd be. Still have another 9 left as bought a dozen - but I suspect DH will take some to hav at work tomorrow for after his rolls.

That was quite a good meal out pooh. You certainly did your best with no choices available.

Looking at your menu, you don't seem to have a HEA (Is it milk for drinks?) and unless you have massive portions it doesn't look like much for a day's food. And you're only using one syn (perhaps you're saving them?) If it's a vegetable biryani then you could call it a Green day and have extra HEXs if you wanted. Sorry for all the comments/questions but it really is important that you don't start starving yourself/dieting otherwise you won't be able to sustain it.

Oooh! They sound unusual and considering they've probably got oil in then 1.5 is good.

I just had a bowl of strawberries and some vegetable rice (LO from jambalaya).

maman the milk in tea is my HEA. I will try to have some more fruit and vegetables, but not as many beans as I had on Saturday. It wasn't good :D

I might try to put in some more syns but not sure what yet. I was hoping to keep more on the straight and narrow than I used to do, and then didnt lose anything :D

Hi all, hopping on to post a 3lbs loss again this week - the walking is making a difference now, and I'm feeling great. I do know how fragile the balance is though, and next week may be more of a challenge - but I'll enjoy the success while I have it!

    Good luck to all xx

    Great news, well done!!:T

pooh, keeping on the straight and narrow doesn't mean cutting back on syns just keeping within the upper limit of 105 per week. Go on, have a treat!! That's what they're for.;)

Really enjoyed the stuffed courgettes again for our early dinner. Unlikely to eat more today but might just snack on a bit of ham and a tomato if I'm hungry later.

    Brilliant loss jpscloud :T:T:T

Well folks I am reporting in with a 0.5lb gain this week. Still trying to shift last weeks naughtiness - I know that it will go but it would have been great to see the number 12 on the scales tonight but it wasn't to be this week.

    Have a good week everyone.
