Watch out for us sw gate crashers now you've posted the place Meg :rotfl:
Looks lovely, hope you have a wonderful weekend and hope the sun shines on your Birthday :A

That's a brilliant idea tie.:D I'm sure meg's family would lay on a SW friendly meal for us all!:rotfl:
Breakfast: Dorset cereals muesli (he) with blueberries and banana
Lunch : chicken with couscous, courgette, fennel, cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers, melon and ham. Black Forest gateau probably about 20000 syns :o
Dinner : mug shot, fat free yogurt

    Weigh in tomorrow

I know it's a drop in the ocean when you had 20 000 syns in the Black Forest Gateau but be aware that blueberries and bananas aren't Speed food. You had loads with your lunch but I always feel free fruit and veg is a wasted opportunity.

Meal with SIL was a big success. BIL is great to cook for as he thoroughly enjoyed it. Amazing that we could have such a lovely main for just half a syn shared between four people! Most of us then added 2 or 3 syns with the mini meringues with the Eton mess. I just love SW!!:D

 sue. obviously if your DD has done SW before she'll know a lot but do ask if there's anything you're unsure of.:)

    Hi all

Busy weekend so just a quick catch up. Congrats on all the losses.

meg hope you enjoy your birthday bash next weekend. The venue looks lovely.

Welcome Sue, good luck on the challenge and for losing weight for your holibobs.

Well I had a mixed weekend. I was really good on Saturday until the evening and then had a glass or few of wine and I ended up having crisps then I woke up with a bit of a hangover yesterday which was fine as I had a big SW breakfast but at about 3pm I was hungry and fancied something carby so ended up having more crisps. so disappointed with myself as I had even had a subway salad on Saturday when we were out shopping instead of the normal chinese I treat myself to at the food court.

So back on track today and see if I can salvage even 1/2 lb off which would be great.

    Today's menu:
Breakfast: toast (HeB), jam (1 syn) and DG coffee (2.5 syns)
    lunch: ham salad
dinner: salmon, baby new potatoes, babycorn, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
    snack: yoghurt,

Welcome newbies. As others have said there will always be someone around to help you with any questions. If you want to post your menus we can also have a look to see if you're following the plan properly, even though I'm at target I still post my menus most days as it seems to help keep me on track most of the time, although I tend to not stick to plan as much at weekends - usually going over and reining it back in between Monday and Wednesday with WI on Thursday morning.

As usual over my syns at the weekend but had only had 2.5 syns on Thursday evening so when I totted up all my syns from Thursday to Sunday I'm not far off having the right amount for the 4 days (only over by 0.5 syns! - that's gotta be a 1st!).

Syns for this week then will be the full 15 as far as possible, although I do find that difficult without the wine syns, LOL!

    An EE day today:

B - scrambled eggs on toast; a few strawberries & grapes
L - prawn salad - lettuce, cucumber, spring onions, pepper, cornichon, beetroot, cherry tomatoes (from the garden); ff dressing
D - SW meatballs in HM ratouille sauce with pasta. Not had the meatballs before so hoping they're nice, although not holding my breath as the other SW meals I've tried I've not been impressed with! But if they're horrible at least I'll have some pasta & a veggy tomato sauce to eat!

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - bread
Syns - 2 biscoff biscuits - 3; fruit split lolly 4; not sure what else if anything

L: just grazing on LO strawberries as dinner earlyish
D: courgettes stuffed with savoury mince, cabbage, carrots, peas and new potatoes.
    Syns: scrape of spread

Woo Hoo Lantanna on the arrival of your neice :T:j:T:j . You'll make a super duper auntie I am sure ;). Hope she gets a bit stronger each day and is at home with her family very soon.

Haven't seen the Windows 10 Ad - we tend to record the stuff we think we might want to watch and then fast-forward through the ads. Will have to watch out for that one though :rotfl:

Just love butter beans btw :D

Currently I do not possess any smart trousers as I have just sold my last pair on fleabay last night . I cannot remember a time when I didn't have at least 2 or 3 pairs hanging in the wardrobe. :D Waiting for Sainsbobs to annouce 25% off clothing and then I think I will treat myself to a nice pair of grey ones I think this time. Trying to steer away from the default colour - black

DH has just gone out to put some feed and weed stuff on the lawn before it rains (looks very imminent) but will probably not be sufficent to water the granules in so I have been told that it will be my job to water it in. :(

Got SW wi tonight - cannot remember what I was the week before last but I think I will be looking at a gain tonight. Still trying to undo damage from wedding, afternoon tea and family meal out. Scales didn't really go up as much as I expected but the gain is taking some shifting especially since I have been really really really really good since last Wednesday :(. However I enjoyed my off plan stuff, a line was drawn and I know that it will shift eventually. :D

Will check back in with you all later.
