Ok, back to normal now and can officially report a 9lb gain! Urghh, could be worse and thought it was going to be yesterday but hey ho, got to suck it up and get on with it. I'm hoping to reach target a little quicker than I did before the holiday, so fingers crossed.
Well done Joee on SOTW. Hugs to everyone that needs it this week....going to have to go through all the posts and see what you lot have been up to while I've been away!

  • Morning all

Checking with yesterday's WI result which was 1lb loss, very happy with that after last week's gain. Well done joee for SOTW and congrats others with losses.

Just looking at the chart and thinking I was a tad optimistic with my target for this challenge:rotfl: although I'm happy that I appear to be losing inches if not lbs :D

    Have a great day everyone

I feel like I'm losing lbs and not inches too!!

I've been most slack this week, slack not bad at all just not focused. Anyway managed to get to the gym last night and just had a grapefruit for Breakfast so at least a good start to the day!

Mum and Baby are both home from the hospital so things will be a bit quieter again ( well for me anyway) :rotfl: So I can focus on myself a bit more again! Gosh the worry that comes with babies and I'm only the Aunt not sure I could do it for myself!! Does the worry every stop lol

Morning! Still here but busy with life. +1lb for me this week, thanks SHALA

No idea how I gained 1 lb, one of those things, not going to dwell on it too long although I was disappointed.

Does anyone here do a lot of sp days? I follow a lady on instagram who has lost 8 stone in 32 weeks doing just sp. I think it's too restrictive for me cause I love my tatties, noodles and rice but the thought of losing 3 or 4 pounds a week is quite attractive. Maybe going to try day about, see what happens.

    Today's menu

    Mushroom tomato omelette
    Salmon sandwich with salad
    Chicken stir fry

    Not sure about syns yet
