What do you do about counting milk you have in tea (semi skimmed), as it's only a drop. Also do you have to count sweeteners (I have switched to one sweetener instead of a spoon of sugar).
Thanks in advance.
Sweeteners are free so no problem there. What some people do with milk is measure out a daily allowance (250 ml of semi skimmed) into a small bottle and then just limit themselves to that. If you want to use your HEA for cheese instead then you can syn the milk. The website says a 'dash' is half a syn but be careful not to overdo it. It's so easy to guess syn values and come unstuck.
I don't want to overwhelm you with information but you could split your HEA if you really don't use much milk. So have some milk and some cheese. All the quantities are on the website which your consultant should have given you access to.:)0 -

Hello everyone
Well we had a lovely day at the wedding yesterday. It was a long day - left house around 9am for wedding at 10am and we stayed straight through till the evening do and got home just after 11pm. We indulged in lots of food and drinkies throughout the day and today has been a bit of disaster too. Tomorrow we are out for a lovely afternoon tea and Tuesday I have organised going out for a meal with DS and Mum which doesn't happen very often so ... Have decided I think to have the tea tomorrow whatever it maybe and enjoy it and the meal on Tuesday but try try and more try to keep to plan for all other meals. That's the plan
maman and greentiger - I will have to look out for the McCain Oven Chips. At 1.5 syns per 100g that's not bad at all for those lazy days when you just cannot be bothered :rotfl:
greentiger - I think I re-invented the name of those Sainsbobs yoghurt lollies. I call them Claudia and Jim whereas in reality they are something like Claudi and Fin (DS just shakes his head at me all the time). I started calling the Mini Milk lollies - Mini Moos - I think that is a much better name (obviously Walls didn't) Oh have got Windows 10 now and it is still early days for me but on the whole I think I quite like it but I haven't been very adventurous with it as I only started to check it out tonight.
Well done on your fab losses selement, Lord Duke and wiz :T:T:T
Not suffering any ill ellects from alcohol yesterday but I am quite tired. Went straight to bed when we got in last night and I just seemed to wake up and was like that until 2am  Then this morning my eyes just seemed to ping open at 6.28 (alarm set for 6.30) so that wasn't too bad but I have started to flag as the day has gone on)
Hope you all have a good week.

Good for you, LordDuke and wiz.
Love your pet names for food, b_e_g; I don’t see anything odd in that! I don’t hink I’m going to be bale to get Windows 10 – no wee Get App icon. Despite the laptop passing all the checks easily, it says I’m not allowed (or words to that effect). I am peeved (and jealous).
I have fallen by the wayside again. DiL is away for a few days to visit her brother in Berlin, so I had 2 grandchildren while DS was working. DH was out bowling all day. And kids and I behaved. Then son came in bearing a HUGE box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts for after dinner, so it would have been rude to resist refuse. Then DH came in having won his tournament today and each team member got a HUGE box of Thornton’s chocs as part of their prize. The kids, of course, persuaded Grandpa to open them and passed them round and I had 2!!!! Oh dear, sorry in advance of tomorrow’s WI, shala.
Monday
Breakfast: fruit & ML yogurt
Lunch: goat’s cheese & shallot tart (I ‘ll get the syns later), salad, fruit

Good to hear from all of you and :T to all losers.
Glad you enjoyed the wedding b-e-g, enjoy your afternoon tea and time with the family and then just get back on it when you can.
Sounds like a SW danger zone at your house greentiger. Crispy Cremes and Ferrero Rocher:eek: Fortunately I don't like either so not tempted.
I don't know what's going on with me at the moment. I feel as if I'm gaining not losing or even STS. Can't believe just 2 off plan meals would do this when I know the plan inside out.
But it's Sunday and as I have most of my syns at the weekend maybe I'll feel better during the week.
I'll keep doing a beanie. Plod on!!0 -
Today's menu:
Breakfast:
2 slices wholemeal toast (HEB) with 1 teaspoon Flora light (1syn),Marmite
a peach and a mandarin
Lunch: salad: ham,carrots,beetroot,green pepper,mini sweetcorn,cucumber,couple of sugarsnap peas,1 tab mayo (1/2 syn).
I am such a doofus, though.I took the sugarsnaps out of the pods .Such a fiddly job,the pods were splitting in half across the girth, instead of along the seam, then there was only about 4-5 peas about the size of pinheads.I peeled a few pods, got sick of that for a game,so ate a total of about 12 peas :rotfl:.It is only tonight when I googled,I learnt you actually eat the pods.
Snack: 1 Hif bar (3 syns),a peach
Tea: lamb chop,sweet potato chips,brocolli,carrot
Snack: Hifi bar (3 syns)

Have got back to my normal routine of most of my syns at the weekend and leaving myself about 8 syns a day for today until Wednesday before WI Thursday morning - much better than last week where I only had a couple of syns a day left!
Today's EE plan is:
B - toasted bacon & mushroom sandwich
L - jacket potato; tuna & sweetcorn mayo
D - HM chicken curry/rice
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - WM bread
Not sure about syns yet.

Morning,
Weekend was ok, too much alcohol on Saturday night so had a bit of a foggy head yesterday and succumbed to a sausage soda. Anyway one naughty meal off plan.
Will make up for it today and will be at the gym tonight. Got to keep battling on. Got the size 12's on today as the 14's weren't dry. Only slightly too tight so that's a good sign. Probably just would be better off wearing them as it is a constant reminder to behave lol
Fish for dinner tonight and need to think of or get some speed veg or salad to go with it. Not sure what yet........
Need lots of fluids today I'd be happy with one off this week. Def no more bread or bread products for the rest of the week :rotfl:0
