    Morning,

Weekend was ok, too much alcohol on Saturday night so had a bit of a foggy head yesterday and succumbed to a sausage soda. Anyway one naughty meal off plan.

Will make up for it today and will be at the gym tonight. Got to keep battling on. Got the size 12's on today as the 14's weren't dry. Only slightly too tight so that's a good size. Probably just would be better off wearing them as it is a constant reminder to behave lol

Fish for dinner tonight and need to think of or get some speed veg or salad to go with it. Not sure what yet........

Need lots of fluids today I'd be happy with one off this week. Def no more bread or bread products for the rest of the week :rotfl:

If the trousers are only slightly tight and not uncomfortably so I would stay in them. Its a good incentive and like Mamon I find my clothes are a better gauge to how I am doing than my weight

Years ago there was a fad for wearing a waist chain, i.e. a light silver chain around your waist, :rotfl:you soon knew when it was to tight, stopped wearing mine when I was expecting and never got the waist back :rotfl:

Thankfully waist chains are not in fashion now! Yep I'm fine in these today - but of an overhang :rotfl:bit really not too bad so I'll keep on wearing them!

Talking of chocolate you've just reminded me the parents brought me back a big bar of choc from their travels and I put in the cupboard on Friday and forgot about it.

Guess I am back in the zone !

sorry didn't weigh in last week, but just got on the scales and lost 2lb this week. So half a stone gone in a month. Happy with that.
Going away again next week, and it's my birthday too...... So making a huge effort this week.
    Kindness costs nothing :)

Glad you enjoyed the wedding b-e-g, enjoy your afternoon tea and time with the family and then just get back on it when you can.

So enjoyed it maman and didn't feel guilty at all for going off plan (last August's wedding I was a lot more SW focused). I was the driver last year (I volunteered) so no alcohol for me and there was gorgeous canapes (hot and cold) whilst photos were being taken and I refused all of these. Thankfully there wasn't the temptation of canapes this time (phew) but certainly made up for it at the meal - that being said my starter wasn't too bad - parma ham, melon (speed), lettuce (speed) and strawberry with balsamic dressing :D. Then I opted for the vegetarian mushroom and asparagus lasagne as didn't fancy chicken, beef and turkey. The lasagne was gorgeous and the saucy bit definitely was SW friendly and as for the slice of garlic bread  The it was warm chocolate brownie, custard and ice-cream (wasn't expecting the custard but hey ho :rotfl: Won't go into the evening buffet but all I will say I had a white ciabata (sp)? roll just cos it was there and there was bacon, sausages, onions, onion rings, chips, lovely wrap sarnies, other sarnies, crips and dips and loads of sauces.

Well done on the trouser front lantanna :T Another one here that really needs to up fluids as I am still struggling in loo dept (sorry tmi). :o

I am such a doofus, though.I took the sugarsnaps out of the pods .Such a fiddly job,the pods were splitting in half across the girth, instead of along the seam, then there was only about 4-5 peas about the size of pinheads.I peeled a few pods, got sick of that for a game,so ate a total of about 12 peas :rotfl:.It is only tonight when I googled,I learnt you actually eat the pods icon_redface.gif.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I'm sure we could all match this saver-upper with equally funny stories. Don't worry you are definitely not alone.

Will be getting ready shortly to go for Afternoon Tea and pleased to report I have been on plan so far today but the gloves are off at the Tea :p and I will be a good girl when I get back home (honest). Just debating what to wear - may put the wedding dress on (the one I wore at wedding on Sat not the one I wore 37 years ago :D). Might make the most of the little bit of sunshine we have as I may not get another chance to wear it with this darned weather.

Have a good day everyone. Oh Shala please put me down for a STS this week as I am on holiday from class this week as the scales may not be able to cope with my over-indulgences ;)) Glad to hear you are back on it now shala.

That's exactly my thinking too. I was going to wear an M&S pair today which although same size are definitely more forgiving. But they were in the laundry basket so I'm joining you!

:T on a NSV, forgetting about the chocolate!

meg, you must move in very posh circles. We didn't have silver waist chains round here. People use to tie a bit of string round their waists to tell if they were gaining/losing weight.:rotfl:

Great idea to wear the 'wedding' dress b-e-g. We don't get enough opportunities to dress up. Go for it!

    EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: strawberries with yogurt and sweetener
D: savoury mince, new potatoes, cabbage, carrots
Snacks: having early dinner so may snack on ham & beetroot later
    Syns: squeeze of HP sauce

:hello: Finally managed to get a few minutes to join in. Have read back about two pages worth of posts.

Beg how are you finding Windows 10. I have downloaded it to my laptop but not installed it yet. I'm a bit wary as had real problems with Windows 8 and couldn't connect to internet with it.

Had my hair cut & roots re-done this morning and then I surprised myself by walking back home, which is just over a mile :D Having a coffee and then I will tackle changing the beds.
