Liking the 1.5 pattern.
Great pattern Scarlet :T Well done you :TI'm very pleased with another -1.5lb loss this week which takes me into the next stone bracket (just!) before my holiday next week. I am going to just have what I want (within reason!) on holiday and not think about it so expect a gain. Shala please put me down for STS for next week as well as I won't do WI while on holiday.
Well done dubbya :T
Well I have been and had eye package done tonight ready for Sat wedding. While there we got chatting about various things (as you do) and somehow we got around to losing weight and I told the lady that I had lost 8st. She said 'I didn't look as though I had lost 8st and just looked like a naturally slim person' OMG - I don't think I have ever heard 'slim person' and me used in the same sentence before ever :rotfl::rotfl: It was so much easier to walk past the chippy on way home after hearing that comment and I was quite happy to have a SW friendly tea
Will try to keep up with you tomorrow and then I will probably be missing over the weekend.;)

Nice one Claire and well done on getting your first shiney :T:j:T
Decisions Decisions - what do I have for supper???? Still got hes to have so I might settle for cheese (hea) and 60g of wholemeal toast (heb) and a tiny smidge of whatever chutney is open in the fridge. Sounds like a plan.
Oh forgot to say Maisie (I think it was you going to try the Hairy Bikers Steak) - we have just frozen 4 x 2 portions of it tonight and all I will say is that it is lush and a firm favourite here. We put Mum a small portion of the meat to one side for her lunch today (she doesn't eat very much these days) and she told me she got some frozen veggies out to do with them but changed her mind and just dipped a slice of bread into the gravy :rotfl: Better not let 'speed cop maman' know where she lives
Sorry for all the posts tonight but I am just trying to get caught up.
It seems a long time since I have seen lush - hope everything is ok and you are just too busy too post and it has been a much longer time since we have seen our little green frog - if you are lurking frogga - hope all is well with you.

Long way off being a twig tweets at 13st :rotfl:
DH has always said I don't look as heavy as I weigh or maybe put another way - I look lighter than I weigh. He reckons it's a compliment  :rotfl:

Well done, candyapple, tweets (all that BM going up and down stairs), Scarlet, dubbya, Claire and Denise.
I see you’ve had a great result tonight, maman – even without the Crunchie. I hope you enjoyed it. I’ve decided to try 25g wine gums (about 5) for about 4 syns. I’ve been able to ration them through the game – I was beginning to panic last Saturday, when it looked like the match might go to extra time, lol. Thank goodness for last minute goals!
What a lovely compliment to receive, b_e_g!
Today’s syns total was 7 ½. I can heartily recommend Del Monte raspberry smoothie ice lolly (4 syns); it’s really flavourful and there’s quite a lot of it!
Friday
Breakfast: omelette (tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers), fruit
Lunch: hm burger, hexb wholemeal roll, red onion, tomato, salad leaves, berries & ML vanilla yogurt
Dinner: chicken casserole (courgette, cannellini beans, tomatoes, spinach) & couscous, melon wrapped in cooked ham
Snacks: hexa cheese & fruit or milk, Walkers French Fries (4 syns), WW bakewell slice (4 syns)
Good luck everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
I like the Claudia and Jim Greek yoghurt lollies from sainsbobs greentiger. They are really creamy and well worth the 2.5-3 syns. The are £2.50 for 4 so I try to hide them from prying eyes :rotfl:
