shala I have lost 1 and half lbs
:T that's brilliant tweets. If that's what happens if you go up and down the stairs all week I'm joining in!!:D
Seriously though I heard Rosemary Conley on the radio last night. She said that one way of getting extra exercise is not to pile things at the foot of the stairs for when you go up next time but to make a separate journey each time. Now that may be a bit OTT for those of you chasing after little ones all day but for me it's a good idea. Not much use if you live in a bungalow though.:rotfl:0 -
I am having a new kitchen fitted tomorrow
will take 3 weeks
I live in council property so instead of getting on with it they do a few houses at same time. I have been up and down stairs this week god knows how many times . DS bedroom looks like a tipCant put anything in my room its above kitchen and electricians need to go under floor boards to rewire kitchen.
Now for my WI

Tweets, you have my sympathy re the kitchen refit. I'm same as you I.e HA house that was refitted, was such a crap job. Used wrong paint and blamed me as the colour I wanted wasn't kitchen paint, not that they told me that  so all flaked off and we had to redo it. They did such a shabby job, now the fronts of drawers have come off and we had to redo those too. The amount of dust everywhere was unbelievable too . Hope yours goes better than ours :A.
Recently had whole house rewired, don't get me started on that .
Had a lousy week so far, feeling awful half the time. Keep getting sudden onset fatigue especially after eating. Probably as routine is all out as on holiday. Keep leaving it too long between meals so sugar levels drop. Also mouth full of ulcers again like when I eat gluten. Not eaten any that I know off though. IBS flared up too.
Feeling yukIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I have already told them they using back door so most of the time kitchen inner door will be shut

Good luck with the car BEG! These things are sent to try us!!
You'll see into the 12's next week!
Thinking a little shopping trip is in order at the weekend bit of trying on and window shopping for inspiration now I'm back in the land of the living!!! :rotfl:
You're not kidding lantanna - things sent to try us! Got car back last night with a couple pennies change out of £200
Won't be seeing 12's on the SW scales next week as I have booked holiday as we are at wedding and got a lot of other over-indulgences happening so I booked a holiday so that I have a week to undo some of the damageThanks b_e_g, good advice, just taking it 1/2 stone at a time, I've got a heart shaped blackboard and 2 jars with love hearts (one with "going" and one with "gone" on it) to keep track and motivated.
Love the idea of the love hearts mumoftwo. I enjoy looking back at all the SW wi results and gradually seeing the numbers coming down. Another thing is going to shops and trying all different things on (not always buying) but knowing that if I wanted something I could get it. I also kept some items of clothing that were my favourites and grew out of and I get them back out and try them on - sometimes get a nice surprise when they are too big :rotfl: It does seem like a very long road at times but hang on in there and we will all get to be where we would like.Annie021063 wrote: »Our consultant had some gold stickers made that say' congratulations for going down into the next stone bracket' they are a real hit
These sound just perfect Annie - I can understand why they are so popular.
Off to read a few more posts.

Think I am going to buy some cheapish but fancy new bowls and plates etc and make more of the presentation of my meals to encourage me.
Oh she's off on one!!!! :rotfl:Oh to have an interest in life again lol
I love plain white crockery lantanna - the thinner the better. My posh set that never sees daylight is just dead plain and quite thin but we never seem to entertain much these days so don't need all that stuff out. We did pick up a really cheap everyday set from Asda (think it was £5) its plain white, not too thick and the bowls are a smaller version to maman's. DH used to be a chef and its all about presentation with him and he always says that you taste with your eyes too. There is no such thing as a sarnie sliced in half and chucked on the plate where he is concerned. His sarnie always tastes so much nicer than mine (using same stuff) :rotfl:Just popping in again. It's a 2.5lb loss for me please Shala
That's taken me to my 1/2 stone award so dead chuffed
Well done 1940'sGal on fab loss and on your first shiney award :T

Not sure how I've managed that as I've been ill since the weekend and only eaten cereal and little bits of fruit. Very happy though as it means I've lost 2 & and a half stone now, just under a stone to go till I'll be at my target weight :j
Well done all losers this week :T:T
Well done candyapple on your loss and your 2.5st shiney :T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
