This has made me laugh, there was a programme on CH 4 not so long ago about dogging and it mostly took place in the woods and it reminded me you Meg!!! :rotfl: So I def def hope its not in the woods !!
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Yeah still haven't lived that one down with the family they think its hilarious that I thought he was asking me to go to the dog racing.Slimming World at target0 -
Well done to all the losers and hugs to those who need them. Enjoy your date 1940sgal wherever you end up, but as others said not in the woods!
Managed a 0.5lb loss this week, more by luck than judgement I think, definitely didn't think I'd do any better than an STS. Now only 1.5lb to get to bottom end of target range by the end of the month before my holiday! Should be easily doable as long as I stick to plan most of the time,
Having a Green day today:
B - pot of watermelon after WI
L - Wholemeal thin (HEB1) with cheese and made up mustard (HEB2)
D - Veggie curry & rice; rice pudding using HEA2 milk
HEA1 will be milk in tea throughout the day.
Have already had watermelon, apricot, nectarine and strawberries today. I've got the other half of watermelon to chop up and put in fridge which I'll pick at during the coming week, along with the strawberries & grapes I bought today.

as it means I've lost 2 & and a half stone now, just under a stone to go till I'll be at my target weight :j
Well done all losers this week :T:T
That's brilliant candy. A good loss and a shiny for you too:T.
That's excellent getting a loss today denise, you obviously did well to rein in the syns since the weekend:T.
Good to hear you're on the mend shrimpy.
Glad you had an evening's rest lantanna. I'm sure a gentle walk round the shops will be good tonight too.
All my everyday crockery is white and I'm delighted with these:

They really add to the enjoyment of noodle and pasta dishes and because it's a big diameter it feels like a bigger portion than it really is.
Good to see you back greentiger. It's our first competitive game of the season tonight (Europa) and we're fresh out of Crunchies! so tonight we'll share one of the dark chocolate bars from Aldi with our coffee. Actually Crunchie's seem to be shrinking in size so much there's probably not much in it for syns.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, cornichons and beetroot, half a melonSW spaghetti Bolognese
Syns: parmesan, scrape of spread, chocolate
Another clean jeans day so still feeling fat and still plodding away:).0 -
Change of plan for dinner tonight! Veg box has just been delivered and it contains different veg to what I was expecting! It's the veg box I thought was coming next week. I was expecting salad stuff today, thankfully I've still got salad stuff left because I didn't buy any today.
Tonight's dinner will now be cauli cheese & chips (made with a cheese sauce mix so just a couple of syns each) and we'll still have the rice pudding for desert.
Tomorrow I'll make a veg curry to freeze for next week when I'd planned the cauli cheese! Think the curry will be enough for at least 2 and hopefully 3 meals for me and DH.

Those bowls look lovely Maman. I think it definitely helps to make your food look as presentable as you can sometimes for motivation.0
