Weigh in tomorrow, I so hope to get my stone award, I've worked so hard this week, 100 % on plan, lots of swimming, 2 sp days, surely that's worth 2 1/2 lbs? :D:p;)

    Thanks for the warm welcome.

Have been reading through your posts and to be honest I don't understand the abbreviations, but I'm sure it will all become clear when I join and get into it.

Gave the consultant a ring last night, just to let her know that I will be coming along on Saturday. I will be there for the 1st 2 weeks, but will be away for one week, so will have to let her know.

    Big, BIG catch up..

Added you to the challenge mumoftwo, sorry I missed your original post.. I've not been around so haven't really read anything since last Wednesday! We have until the end of August for the challenge so approx. 4.5 weeks left.

meg - do you find your pre-prepared salads go soggy/brown by the time you get to the last one? I'm always a bit scared to prepare it early in case it goes off..

I can't imagine what this is.. can you explain please? is it a scan bran with tomato on it or like a loaf made with scan bran and tomatoes? I googled it, but found no answer :(

Thanks for the chart Shala your query about prepared salad reminded me that I still have a bag in the fridge, its 5 days old now and I wouldn't usually leave them for so long but anyway this is it, its not gone brown at all and is still nice and crisp. A tip I was given many years ago is not to cut your lettuce but to tear it into pieces don't know why but it stops it going brown so quickly.

Abbafan, you're entitled to 6 weeks holidays without having to pay as long as you let your consultant know that you can't make it to class that week.

You'll get the hang of it quite quickly, it's an easy plan. Just ask if you're not sure about something, this board is so friendly

    Morning,

Well I went to the gym again last night. 45 mins walking on the treadmill, pleased with myself as especially I came home to a blister which was bothering me the whole time. :A Just shows how long its been since I've had my trainers on.

Sat and argued with myself last night about whether or not I would have 2 squares of chocolate or just one. In the end I just had the one :D

Flip doesn't seem that long to the end of August or the end of the challenge if I had 5 lbs off by then it would seem like an achievement in itself. I've got my I can do this head on so fingers crossed it will happen.

Had a sneaky wi yesterday and this week could be a sts the same again but I'll be ok with that especially as it is first week back at the gym and last weekend wasn't great

    This weekend will be better!!!

Think I'm cleaning the bedroom this weekend and sorting out stuff in it , figure if my sleeping environment is nice / better I'll be happier in it. :D Beats lying round with a dodgy gallbladder anyway ! :rotfl:drugged up to the eyeballs on pain relief!
